Repair to 3 Nos. 10HP/1.2 cusec diesel engine driven dewatering Mud Pump sets (no. 20, 21 & 22) by way of decoupling pump from engine, dismantling the engine parts like head, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Repairs by way of replacement of ring sets, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides and grinding them upto optimum finished level as per requirement. Adjustment to rocker and tappet assembly. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. Calibrating the pump on calibration bench. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Draining of existing contaminated M-oil, cleaning the oil sump and then P/Filling of 5.0 ltr M-Oil for each engine. Idle testing the engine. Job further includes repairs to 01 no 1.2 Cusec Pump units (no. 21) by way of complete dismantling of pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. P/F of bush by way of grinding and finishing upto proper size. Reassembling the pump by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing. P/F of bearings to one pump. Refitting the repaired pump and coupling it with engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. The job involves providing and fitting of canvas flexible delivery pipe 50 feet long of 4inch dia, 4inch dia foot valves, nipples to 1nos pumping set. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & fitment charges at ware house D/W station Jammu. Inclusive of all taxes.

Repair/servicing of 02 nos 12HP Engines of Diesel driven Dewatering Pump sets no.26 and 27) by way of dismantling engine at work shop and extracting out parts like head assembly, valves, rocker assemblies, fuel pumps etc. Removing/cleaning of carbon deposits with recommended chemicals. Cleaning of head by way of replacement, head gasket, inlet and exhaust valves & guides. Adjustment to rocker assembly and tappets. Job also includes complete repairs and calibration of fuel pump by dismantling and then P/f of injector nozzles, plungers, springs, delivery valve, lock sets etc. then calibrating the fuel pump on calibration bench and fitting with engine. P/f of fuel filter, air filter, fuel pipes with banjo bolts. Providing and filling of fresh M.oil after draining out the old contaminated M.oil and cleaning of oil sump. Testing the engine idle. Complete job include cost of material, labour and fuel charges for idle running of engine at ware house D/W station. Job further includes repair/servicing to 02 nos 1.2 Cusec Pump unit of 12HP Diesel driven dewatering Pumps (26 & 27) by way of decoupling it from the engine and then complete dismantling of pump by extracting the shaft, bearings, and impeller. Providing fitting of gland packet-1set, cotter-2nos to each pump set. Reassembling the pumps by P/F of new gasket, nuts bolts, gland packing & greasing the bearing properly. Refitting the repaired pumps and coupling with respective engine by p/f of new flexible coupling along with nuts & bolts. The job involves providing and fitting of 4inch dia foot valves, nipples to both pumping sets. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour & carriage charges. Inclusive of all taxes.
