Renovation and modernization of HVAC system including complete dismantling of existing system and Design, Engineering Supply, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Handing over of ecofriendly 16.5 TR Package Type AC system(1 working plus 1 standby) for RTPS-KPCL unit 1 to 4 ESP control rooms on turn key basis and buyback of existing AC system at RTPS, Shakthi Nagar.

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The bidder must have successfully completed same/similar work involving an installed HVAC capacity of 16.5 TR or above as a single unit, with a minimum contract value of Rs. 36 Lakhs with single / multiple work order. This work should have been executed during the preceding five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) for any Government organization, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or a major private sector entity. The bidder must furnish a work completion and performance certificate for the similar nature of work, issued by a competent authority.

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of not less than Rs.1.41 Crores in any two of the preceding five financial years and shall enclose the latest audited balance sheets for the preceding five completed financial years. i.e., from 2020- 21 to 2024-25 countersigned by a Chartered Accountant.

The intending bidder shall not have been subjected to forfeiture of EMD/foreclosure/termination of their contract in KPCL/Government or any other utility and have not been blacklisted for participation in tender issued by KPCL or Government or any other utility in India during preceding 3 years. The bidder shall submit a duly notarized declaration in the prescribed format as per Annexure-D of the tender document.

The bidder should be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of Packaged AC units OR a Prime Contractor who has successfully executed similar works.

The intending bidder shall be a registered income tax assessee and must possess a valid Permanent Account Number PAN issued by the Income Tax Department Government of India along with a valid Goods and Services Tax GST registration in accordance with the GST Act.As documentary evidence of statutory compliance the bidder shall submit self attested legible scanned copies of the PAN card and the GST Registration Certificate Form REG 06 showing active status.Failure to submit both valid documents at the time of bid submission shall result in technical disqualification of the bidder.
