Supplying and installing of following TR (nominal capacity) pkg AC units complete with outdoor unit,indoor unit,compressor operating on A.C. supply & all other associated accessories like various motors,coils complete in all respect and capable of performing conditioning and air circulation complete as reqd. a) 11TR ( nominal capacity ) Package AC unit.

Supply & fixing of G. I. sheet metal ducting for air supply,mixing , air distribution, complete with following thickness (gauge) i/c nut bolts & gasket etc. as required. a) 20 gauge G.I sheet

b) 22 gauge G.I sheet

c) 24 gauge G.I sheet

d) Canvass connection with fire resistance cloth complete as required.

Supply & fixing of following type of damper made out of 18 gauge CRC/G I sheet used as fire damper,supply air damper or return air damper in main duct or branch duct or in return air path as per site requirement. i/c nut bolt, gasket etc. as required. a) Fire damper for supply/return air. ( Size: As per requirment,Area:less than or equal to 9 sq. ft.)

b) Volume control damper for the package indoor / ductable indoor units. (Size: As per requirement).

Pdg. & installing following size copper pipe including cutting bending, jointing, brazing etc as reqd. for hot and liquid refrigerant line complete as reqd. a) 1 1/8"

Pressure testing with nitrogen ,pressure standing for at least 8 hr.,vaccumzing & commissioning with refrigerant of following A C unit complete as reqd. a) 11 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

b) R-22 gas charging/ gas top up.

Pdg. & fixing full function wired remocon with LCD display in the above mentioned ductable split type A C units with following features: a) Group control feature in order to control the units with single remote control while in usage and ease of control. b) Locking feature in order to prevents tampering of control keys by unauthorised persons. c )Auto restart feature so that the unit starts running automatically without a jar after the power returns.

Supplying & laying of following sizes PVC sheathed armoured/flexible copper conductor cable on the existing wall/ ceiling for power/ control cabling etc as required. a) 4 x 10 Sq. mm copper armoured cable.

b) 4 x1.5 Sq.mm copper armoured cable.

c) 17 core unarmoured cable

Fabricating & installing of following tray made out with following M. S. Slotted angle & squire pipe or slotted sheet material i/c nut bolt, screw, etc. as reqd. a) Width size not exceeding 150 mm.

b) Width size above 150mm not exceeding 300mm.

c) Width size above 300mm not exceeding 500mm.

Supplying & laying of 8 SWG. G.I. Wire on surface or on recess for loop earthing on the existing surface recess with main power cable etc. as reqd.

Supplying & making M. S. Structure work for cond./ Duct supports/trey support/accoustic grid with following accessories i/c cutting, welding of the same etc as reqd. a) 40mm x 40mm x 5mm M. S. Angle iron.

b) 9mm M S rod.

c) Pdg. & fixing MS frame (stand type) for outdoor A C unit complete as reqd.

d) Pdg. & fixing MS frame/suspender for indoor A C unit complete as reqd.

Providing & making drain arrangement for A/C units with following pipe i/c Tee, Union, Socket & Elbow etc as reqd. a) With 25 mm dia PVC class pipe. (Length: Less than or equal to 5.0 mtr)

b) With 38 mm dia PVC class pipe. (Length: Less than or equal to 5.0 mtr)

c) water pump (single phase HP) with 100 RMT flexible pipe

Providing and fixing of 6mm/9mm thick cross-linked polythylene (XLPE) insulation on copper piping in order to protect it from air borne impurities including removal of old insulation complete as required as per site location.

SITC of cubical type floor mounting MV indoor panel fabricated out of 16 gauge (1.6 mm) MS sheet base channel etc with annunciation panel with 250 Amp aluminium bus bar chamber,cable alley,front openeable doors,internal wiring suitable for operation on 415 V,50 HZ AC supply mounted with following items including incoming and outgoing termination with proper size bus bars/cables including cutting,welding,powder coated,painting,sign writting etc as per specification. Incoming: 250 Amp FPMCCB ( breaking capacity 35KA at 415 volts) with three phase digital ammeter and voltmeter,CT's and indication lamps for Phase RYB. -2 Set. Outgoing: a) 63 amp TPN SFU/MCCB/MCB with three phase digital ammeter and voltmeter, CT's and indication lamps for Phase RYB.- 6 Sets. b) SPN MCB 5-32 amp -4nos.

Pdg. & fixing of electrical/switchgears used for AC plant/centifugal fan/air washer & other works complete as reqd. a) 63amp TPN SFU/MCCB/MCB

AC Guard CP-Corrosion, prevention coating for brazing joints, U bend, interconnecting copper piping of outdoor and indoor units.

Provision of color coding of copper pipe with suitable color paint.

Providing & fixing of following insulation/accoustic/partition work as per site requirment for duct, wall, room,false ceiling or roof i/c painting with black jaipan paint, screw, nut bolt ( If reqd.)and grid size if required not less than 1200mm x 600mm with rectangle pipe/M S angle or channel/slotted angle etc complete as reqd. with following materials. a) Pdg. & fixing Duct insulation with 6 mm thick closed cell fire retardant insulation.

Dismentalling of old package/ductable indoor and outdoor AC unit including its electrical /mechanical connection,old GI duct/insulation complete as reqd and shifting it to the desired location as given by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing,testing and commissioning of fire tripping system at different AC plants including providing and fixing control wiring, relay,contactor and TPN/MCB/MCCB switch of suitable rating etc and making necessary connections complete as reqd.

Dismentalling of drain pipes, copper piping, cabling, cable tray & shifting to desired location as given by Engineer-In-Charge.

Lifting of A.C unit from ground floor to the second floor i.e upto the site where the A C room is situated with the help of heavy labour & chain pully block complete as reqd.

Minor civil work/Wall opening/pota cabin cutting and making good/sealing complete as required.

SITC of RA boxing made of 6mm thick water proof ply, slotted angle, fixing with fastner nut & bolt etc complete as reqd.
