Outsourcing for attending day to day complaint at EM complaint cell at NOFRA, NAD, MO Goa and DG Set at NCS under GE Gomantak Vasco

Attending day to day complaint of complaint at NOFRA including Sunday & Holiday as directed by Engr-in-Charge as follows:- 1st Shift = 2 Electrician (0800 - 1600hrs) 2nd Shift = 2 Electrician(1600 - 2400hrs) Notes :- (a) Electrician should report to complaint cell daily and take complaint slip and after finished the job work, should report to JE. (b) The electrician shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a particular field with minimum qualification of ITI and also submit a copy of ITI certificate. (c) The contractor has to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to electrician without any extra cost to the department. (d) Rates quoted for respective job will be deemed to be inclusive of above aspects. (e) In the case of absence penalty will be charged as doubled as quoted rate. (f) Materials required shall be measured & paid separately as "supply only" under relevant items. (g) Old unserviceable materials obtained from dismantling /taking down shall become the property of the contractor for which credit shall be recovered at the rates included in schedule of credit.

Manning and operation of 125 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets including connected items such as control panel, MCBB, Changeover, main switches, starters including daily cleaning of complete installation etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at NCS School Goa (One Operator (Skilled), One Shift of 08 hrs per day Timing : 0800-1600 hrs) excluding sundays. Note :- (a) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes cess levies as applicable including GST (b) The prevailing rate/wage/contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date. (c) Log sheet shall be maintained properly. (d) The contractor/ operator is responsible for safe custody of installation including all accessories/ consumable and penalty as PS clause is applicable in case of any loss/ damage to govt property. (e) The contractor have to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to the operator without any extra cost to the department. (f) Contractor has to make necessary arrangement of man power for loading/ unloading and fuel refilling in DG set tank from issuing point to DG set tank. (g) The operator shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (h) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any minor repairs to DG set as oiling /greasing/lubricants etc.
