Taking down carefully copper/ Aluminium point wiring (light, fans, socket, power socket) complete incl taking out existing unserviceable terminal boxes and conduit with swithces/sockets/fan regulators and fittings suxh as ceiling roses, pendants, tube lights fittings lamp holders, brackets light fittings, rectangular blocks DB MCCB etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc to match with the existing the surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (22/.3mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor for one light/fan/bell point in and including PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit 19/20 mm dia medium duty, ISI marked to be terminated & including pressed modular steel boxes & cover plate of module as required on site.including 1.5 sqmm (22/.3mm) PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS single core multisrtaned copper earth continuity conductor controlled by one switch and/or one regulator complete including repairing the surfaces in Cm 1:3 and finishing the surface as per exisitng treatment complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 (here-in-before) but One three pin 5 Amp socket outlet point on indep board controlled by one nos, one way switch on indep board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing LED Batten CRCA sheet box type fixture 4 feet long single side connection suitable for 18/20w Led tube light Rod with G13 lamp holders complete with mounting Brackets & accessories as required with connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement LED tube rod only having aluminium extrusion 18W, 4ft for existing tubelight fitting all as specified and directed.

S&F i Sheet metal enclosure distribution board VTPN,4 way, double door powder coated, protection class IP-54, isolated neutral bar, mechanical impact strength IK 09 suitable for mounting MCB & /MCCB DBs confirrming to IS-13032, IS-8632,BS5484 with min 200 Amp raiting copper bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCBs SP 6 to 40Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA rupturing capacity, IS-8828 marked, of the under mentioned type and rating and fixing in DBs (DBs Catered separately in this schedule) :-Note : Make of the MCB should be the same as that of DB

Supply & fixing in replacement of Bldg security light fitting LED 35 W, pressure die cast housing epoxy powder coating IP -65, connected with and including 0.5 sqmm flexible copper multistranded conductor cable including security light bracket made to shape out of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade, 1.5 mtr length and fixed with MS Calmps of size 40x5 mm- 02 nos ,nuts, bolts and washers on wall. all as specified and directed.

Taking down old U/S submain wiring including fitting & fixtures and making good of the surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the 2x6.0 sq. mm +1x6.0 sq. mm earth wire sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed as required ncluding repairing the surfaces in Cm 1:3 and finishing the surface as per exisitng treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI earth wire 4 mm dia bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and rivetted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board / DB at the other, earth wire protected by and incl GI pipe 15 mm dia (medium grade) from top of electrode to main switch board and also incl watering pipe GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover etc all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR - 2009 Part I.
