Repair / maintenance / comprehensive Maintenance of RO plants and connected works at INS Agrani, Coimbatore

Comprehensive Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis plant of Capacity of 4000 LPH RO plant located at Navy Nagar I area consisting of Sand filter - 01 No., Activated carbon filter - 01 No., Micro filter - 02 Nos., Chemical Dozing system 01 No. and Pressure vessel- 02 nos with membrane - 04 Nos. including flushing and cleaning the system to remove the foul ant dust/foreign matters and ensure the 100 % efficiency and serviceability of plant with recommended chemical cleaning solutions all as specified and directed :-Comprehensive maitenance wiil be carried out through OEM only Note :- (i) Consumable chemical required for chemical dozing system will be measured and paid separately under relevant item based on actual requirement. (ii) Raw water and electricity supply will be supplied by department free of cost. (iii) The Unit rate includes all labour charges. However replacement of spares will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after. (iv) The Unit rate include for replacement of minor spares like washer Nylon /lead, Teflon tape, bolt & nuts etc.costing up to Rs 500.00 (v) The Contractor shall employ one skilled technician twice in a week minimum and as when required or directed by Engr-in-charge to examine and repair the plant regularly. (vi) The plant shall not remain off more then 12 hours in any case either due to break down or maintenance otherwise a recovery @ Rs 500 per day beyond 12 hours off load shall be charged from the contractor. (vii) The unit rate also includes cost of labour for flushing / cleaning the system (viii) The unit rates also includes for M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on all exposed surfaces of RO plant on completion of comprehensive maintainence of plant. (ix) M & L for servicing and rectifying all kinds of defects to run defects free functioning of all motor & pump of RO plants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after. (x) The contractor shall submit the water Test certificate of inlet and outlet of RO plant from Government Test Lab for every 30 days duly signed by AGE with remarks as " Found satisfied results". (xi) M & L for servicing, replacing unserviceable parts and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of inner surfaces of the sand filter vessel of RO plants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after. (xii) M & L for servicing, replacing unserviceable parts of carbon filter vessel RO plants will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after. (xiii) Setting TDS level of RO water of RO plant in monthly wise as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only caustic soda flake for maintenance of Reverse Osmosis plant all as specified and directed Make:- Chemplast/DCM/Tata /Aditya birla chemicals. Note :-The contractor shall purchase the chemical from authorised chemical suppliers only and all safety precautions shall be taken in handling and storage.

Supply only Antiscalent sodium Hexa meta phosphate (SHMP) for maintenance of Reverse Osmosis plant all as specified and directed Make:- DCM/Tata /Aditya birla chemicals Note :-The contractor shall purchase the chemical from authorised chemical suppliers only and all safety precautions shall be taken in handling and storage

Supply only Propylene Micro cartridge filter 100 mm dia and 20" long with 5 micron candle having capacity of design pressure 7 Kg per sqcm all as specified and directed. Make:- As per OEM

Supply only pebbles 1.5 " for sedimentation filteration plant of capacity 50 cum/hr and fresh water sand filter media complete all as specified and directed Make: As per sample Note : The Contractor may purchase 40 Kg of materials in each bag

Supply only pebbles 1.0 " for sedimentation filteration plant of capacity 50 cum/hr and fresh water sand filter media complete all as specified and directed Make: As per sample

Supply only pebbles 3/4 " for sedimentation filteration plant of capacity 50 cum/hr and fresh water sand filter media complete all as specified and directed
