Supply, assembly and erection in replacement of 24 G,GI sheet with rectangular /Square duct made out of ‘L’ shaped hollow profile, duly boxed ,including insulation of duct and all accessories such as fixing bolts, support hanging rods ,support slotted angles, Gasket etc, ducting insulation material will be XLPE with 12mm for supply ducts and 9mm for return ducts ,Material : Closed cell cross cell crosslinked polyolefin foam with alupet foil and self adhesive backing. S&F in replacement of grills/diffusers of size 630X630 mm for supply air duct made out of CRCA sheet 1.2mm thick, with perforation duly powder coated etc adjustable type(with flow regulating arrangement all as directed.Make : Microflow ,3C Air Equipments, Deepak cooling.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanised steel volume control damper, Opposed/parallel Blade Dampers are used to carry out a rough air system balance with closer control being carried out at the individual grilles or diffusers for supply air. Make : Microflow, 3C Air Equipments, Deepak cooling.

Material for providing insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8"/ 5/8" with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly warpped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mmB2:B20 dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Liquid line drier filter suitable for 4 TR cassette type AC with necessary brazing work and charging the refrigerant after replacing the liquid line filter to obtain adequate cooling complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down and strip opening of old unserviceable sealed unit compressor of any make from cassttee type air conditioner by disconnecting cooling and condensor copper pipe and electric connection carefully and S&F new scroll compressor of capacity 4 ton including charging of refrigerant gas R-22/ R-407C upto required cooling and connecting all the copper pipes, electric connection and testing the AC complete all as specified and as directed. Carrying out pressure leak test of 4 ton cassette type AC whenever required by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in cooling/condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leakage by welding or brazing of condensing/ cooling unit, refrigerant pipe and putting under pressure for leakage checking after repair of leaking pipe flushing out by N2 and CTC/ vaccumination complete all as specified and as directed. Inspection, checking adjustment and minor repair of unserviceable window type/ split type AC any type any capacity placed at any location includes repair/ replacement of defective parts such as checking of electrical connection, condenser, gas leakage, PCB, condenser fan blade, indoor unit, outdoor unit, compressor, PVC pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Factory assembled, Floor mounted, free standing, type tested LT Feeder Pillar Panels, with canopy, as per electrical specifications for outdoor installation, to be made of IP65 Polycarbonate modular enclosures. The Enclosures made of Polycarbonate, should be weather/ vermin proof, anti-acid, anti-corrosive, UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, Fire retardant and Self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, UL subject 94 for flammability V-0, should pass glow wire test for 960° in accordance with 60695-2-11. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK 08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262, IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529 & IEC60439-1, should have Dielectric Properties, RoHS compliant & Halogen free. The manufacturer of boards/panel shall submit a copy of type test reports as per above-mentioned norms from UL/ERDA/CPRI/NABL labs in India. The panels should be modular and compartmentalized in construction with opaque and transparent doors, properly tightened to base with thermoplastic screws having sealing gaskets of extruded silicon rubber to withstand adverse weather effects. The depth of modular enclosures should be above 200mm for air circulation & to minimize temp rise. Panel should be fitted with 01 No polycarbonate IP 65, 9W LED translucent bulk head luminaire, color temp not less than 6500K, PF > 0.95 under canopy for easy maintenance. Panel should be fitted with 01 No of 16A 3P IP 65 industrial socket and 01 No of 32A 5P IP 65 industrial socket outside. 3 phase and neutral 400 amps current carrying capacity copper bus bar insulated with colour coded heat shinkable sleeves with SMC/ DMC insulators, complete with the following switch gears and mounting the panel board on ground with PCC (1:3:6) bedding upto a height of 45 cm above ground level, including dismantling and taking out old u/s LT Panel Board and remove from site reconnecting existing LT Cables with new panel board complete all as directed :-

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system comprising 17mm dia copper bonded rod 3 mtr long horizontally pre welded T-terminal rod with provision for connection size of 50 x 150mm long, 6mm thickness with equal space either side, with 12mm dia hole of 02 numbers each on either side of the terminal clamp with 250 microns (average) coating thickness, tested and certified by CPRI India alongwith 50 kg earth energizer compound and 10 litres earth resistance reducing liquid. The earthing energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid shall be tested as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTM G57-06, CI 3.4 A by any NABL accredited lab. The above mentioned rod shall be installed in 8-10 inch bore, 12 feet depth with a distance of minimum 3 meters between each installation. Make : Model HTSP 3I7 of safeTrode or equivalent in JEF ECO safe earthing, OBO Betterman/ ENNOV/ERICO.

The quoted rate shall also deemed to be included the following :- (i) Prior to installation of maintenance free chemical earthing, soil resistivity test to be carried out at the location where earthing work to be done in presence of Engr-in- Charge/JE (E/M),user and the report has to submit to Garrison Engineer with recommendation of manufacturer, if required additional interconnection of earthing (not more than 04 number of earthing) to achive earth result less then 1 Ohms. The arrangement done for soil resistivity testing and submission of report with recommendation deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) Rate of earth energizer compound of 25 Kg of 02 bags and earth resistance reducing liquid 10 litre in 02 canes (5 ltrs per cane) for each pit deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iii) Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end ( The rate of earthing strip up to 7.5 Mtrs is included in the quoted rate).

(iv) The electrode shall carry manufacturer's name .

(v) The connection clamp shall be permanentlly welded to the copper bounded rod to avoid any kind of connectivity loss,.The pre-welded copper bounded rod shall not need any additional clamp for termination.

(vi) Testing of earth shall be carried out along with the departmental and user representative and report shall be submitted to Garrison Engineer for his entire satisfaction.

(vii) The contractor shall submit CPRI India certified document for copper bonded rod to ensure genuity of material.

(viii) Earth resistance tester will be provided by the contractor. Tester should be calibrated from authorised company/ lab.

(ix) Sign board of mild steel 2 mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer showing result of earthing should be fixed near the earth pit after completion as directed by engr -in- charge.

(x) Earth work such as auguring and making good the surrounding area shall carried out in any type of soil.

(xi) The contractor shall given a written guarantee of minimum three years for maintaining the earth resistance less than 1 Ohm after certified date of completion.

(xii) A security deposit of value equal to 2.5 % of the rate quoted for chemical earthing per each earthing shall be retained from payment due to the contractor for the guarantee period.

(xiii) Earthing shall be tested after completion of work by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-charge, user and proper record shall be maintened duly signed by all concerned. After testing if the desired earth resistance of less than 1 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt. till desired result is obtained.

(xiv) Resistivity of earth energizer compound and resistance reducing earthing liquid certified by any NABL accredited lab carried out as per IEC-62561-7 read with ASTMG57-06, CI-3.4A and the certificate of same shall be submitted by the contractor before commencement of work.

Supply and fixing Earth pit cover made of heavy duty poly plastic of high grade polypropylene tested and certified by any NABL accredited lab for load bearing capacity not less than 9.2 tonnes with top dia not less than 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330 mm and height not less than 260 mm dia for each electrode pit complete all as specified and directed. Make : Model SEPC 250 of SAFE TRODE or equivalent in JEF ECO safe earthing, OBO Betterman/ ENNOV/ERICO. Note :- The contractor shall submit load bearing capacity certificate from the manufacturer at the time of sample approval.

Copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm should be fixed on proper post insulator at the instrument end

(d) After testing if desired earth resistance of less than 5 Ohm is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt till desired result is obtained.
