Renovation of existing building BasantisindhiaPHC Building for the yaer 2024 25

Fly Ash Brick (23x11x8cm) size having crushing strength not less than 75kg/ cm2 with cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure per cum as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm thick plaster (1:6) for brick work.

R.C.C. work with M-20 grade In Different Works having minimum compressive strength in work test of 200 Kg/Cm2 at 28 days using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering, curing for 28 days, centring & shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials , cost of all labour with cost of all T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or steel & binding wires and labour charges for strengthening, cutting, bending grills and placing in proper position.

Straightening cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Granite tiles on floor including of all cost, conveyance etc all complete.

Providing, supplying, fitting & fixing Dura Tuff Cup Board (ISI) ply with running hinges, Brass Tower bolts, Brass handles, Screws etc complete.

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90 Mtr. Center to Center and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, T & P etc required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of walls with Acrylic putty (water based) of approved make & finished smooth & even surface to receive painting incluidng cost of materials taxes labour etc.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work.

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T & P etc complete.
