TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS FOR PERMANENT, TEMPORARY AND MISC WORKS FOR BLDGS AT ANCOM, JAL VIHAR, MANEKSHAW ENCLAVE, MES ACCN, EMERGENCY BLOCK, DWEEPIKA, GE OFFICE AND FMSD OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE HADDO, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Execution of works ordered through Work Orders issued on requisitions (IAFW-1833), subject to the monetary limitation prescribed under IAFW-2249 forming part of the contract including Errata Nos. 1 to 20 and Amendments Nos. 1 to 49, for carrying out such services and execution of such works as may be demanded and enumerated in the MES Schedule during the currency of the contract (one year from the date of Acceptance Letter or as specified in the contract), all in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in or referred to in the tender documents, at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II (Rates) 2020 together with Amendments Nos. 1 to 122 and the Preambles of MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-I (Specifications) 2009 together with Amendments Nos. 1 to 3, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes (i) Tenderers shall quote the percentage Excess (+), At Par (0%) or Less (-) against MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II (Rates) 2020 with Amendments Nos. 1 to 122 in the designated cell of this BOQ Excel sheet. (ii) The quoted percentage shall uniformly apply to all Schedule items executed under this contract. Where 0% is quoted, the rates shall be deemed at par with MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II (Rates) 2020 together with Amendments Nos. 1 to 122. (iii) The estimated amount shown in this BOQ is approximate and for tender evaluation/reference only. Being a Term Contract, individual Work Orders shall be priced at the applicable SSR rates and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the Contractor. (iv) The cumulative value of all Work Orders issued under this contract shall not exceed the contract value/monetary limit specified in the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT)
