Supplying and fixing of soild core flush shutters with commercial ply on bothsides with teak wood lipping all round 35mm thick including cost and labour for fixingthe aluminium furniture viz. 1nos of door handle 3 nos of 5"aluminium butt hinges ,2Nos,s,of door handle 3 Nos,s.of 6"x1/2" tower bolt ,1nos of 10'x 5/8"aldrop,1Nos..of rubber bush,1Nos.. of door stopper with required screws etc. all complete complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of shot body tap includinig cost of fittings labour for fixing etc all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.,(The quality and brand of fittings should be got approved from Executive Engineer before use).

Painting Old Plastered Wall in outer surface with One finishing coats of ready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting the new wood work two coats with best approved quality weather shield exterior emulsion paint over one coat of primer including cost of brushes ,emulsion paints scaffoldings curing etc.. Complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.( The quality and shade of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

To Provide cleaning service for clean the vacant flat in 120 flats at MKB nagar consist of the following . 1.Clean the Hall ,Bed room, with Toilet,Room,Toilet ,kitchen,Balcony ,service Area &any other common area . 2.sweeep and mop all the floors with neatly. 3.Clean and disinfect toilets and sinks with acid. 4.Clean all windows.window grill main,door grill ,Balcony Grill etc. 5.After Cleaning .Dispose of all debris outside the scheme area. Rate including labour cost,cleaning materials such as Scrubbing brush/sponge mop, bucket, gloves, Broom, Dustpan, Cleaning solutions,trash bag,toilet brush, acid,cleaner,cloths,Mask,bleach,disinfectant,etc.,all completed
