Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and laying four courses water proofing treatment with bitumen felt over roofs consisting of first and third courses of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 conforming to IS : 702 applied hot @ 1.45 Kg per square metre of area for each course, second course of roofing felt type 3 grade-I (hessian based self finished bitumen felt) and fourth and final course of stone grit 6 mm and down size or pea sized gravel spread at 6 cubic decimeter per square metre, including preparation of surface but excluding grading complete with Bitumen felt (hessian base) type 3 grade I conforming to IS : 1322

Providing and applying integral crystalline (dry shake) of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like basement raft, foundation slab, sewage & water treatment plant slab, warehouses floor, parking structures and water tank base slab etc. sprinkled @0.60kg per sqm or higher as recommended by the manufacturer's specification over the lean concrete of above cited structures. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e. by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 85%, compared control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline dryshake shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Supply and installation of Merino /Greenlam (Nylon) series cubicles of width and depth as per specifications/ site drawings. Cubicle height will be 2003 mm. Made from solid grade compact high pressure laminate as per IS:2046 and EN-438 manufactured under high specific pressure > 5 MPa and temperature >120°C with bunch of kraft papers impregnated with thermosetting phenolic resin and decorative papers made of Alpha cellulose fiber impregnated with thermosetting melamine resin which provide superior scratch, abrasion, heat, chemical, impact, graffiti & moisture resistance along with anti-bacterial properties. Panels have a black core that when machined, presents a distinctive black edge. All doors will be of single colour and made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel. The doors will have chamfered edges. Each door will be supported by 3 no.s Nylon PA-6 made hinges affixed to the pilasters. Nylon PA-6 made coat hook and lock set are provided with each door. All pilasters will be made of 12 mm thick HPL compact panel with chamfered edge and completed with stainless steel made thumb turn lock set. Aluminum made door stopper profiles with rubber linings for dampening the noise while door closing will be provided at the vertical ends of the pilasters. Pilasters will be anchored to the floor using Nylon PA-6 made adjustable legs .The bottom gap is 100-150 mm. Once the existing topsoil has been excavated and removed from works area the sub grade profile shall be re-graded with a bulldozer or motor grader with tilting blades or its equivalent and must be fine shaped with a Bobcat to the required sub grade design levels as mentioned below to form the ‘crown’ of the field, the sub base must be stable and rock-free. 1. From Centre to Northern edge of the field from the edge of crown of 10 meters the grading shall be 1-1.5% away from centre. 2. From Centre to Southern edge of the field from the edge of crown of 10 meters the grading shall be 1-1.5% away from centre. 3. From Centre to Eastern edge of the field from the edge of crown of 10 meters the grading shall be 1-1.5% away from centre. 4. From Centre to Western edge of the field from the edge of crown of 10 meters the grading shall be 1-1.5% away from centre. 5. Similarly merge NE, NW, SE and SW at 1-1.5% grade Roll sub-grade with vibratory roller. Any soft spots identified during proof rolling shall be removed and replaced with compacted suitable fill material to the satisfaction of the Consultant /agronomist /engineer, so that a firm formation with a CBR value of greater than 5% is produced. Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Watering the sub-grade to bring the earth up to required optimum moisture content. Picking of stones removal or other deleterious material of dimension greater than 75mm from the surface of the sub-base. Rolling with light roller in ‘dead-weight’ mode. The formation shall be trimmed to +/– 10mm over a 3 meter straight edge to give an even grade free from humps, ruts depressions and left in accordance with the designed finished levels with a tolerance of +/- 25mm.
