   a) The bidder shall be OEM (Microsoft Corporation India Pvt. Ltd or similar .) or a Microsoft Authorised Partner/Reseller/System Integrator. Bidder must submit document for dealership / or of Reseller b) The bidder shall submit an undertaking that licences supplied will be genuine, new, unused and sourced through authorised Microsoft channel, and OEM confirmation/authenticity certificate shall be furnished at the time of supply , if not available at bid stage.
