External Water Supply

Supply, laying, jointing & testing DI-K7 class with spigot and socket, suitable for Push on rubber joint, with internal cement mortor lining, and external zinc and black bitumen coated pipes in any lengths conforming to IS:8329-2000 including Rubber Gasket & joints as per IS:9523-2000 laid in trenches/ Road/ Ducts/ Footpath/ on wall/ on floor locations for 100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE for DI pipes :- DI fittings required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this tender.

S & F PP-R Gate valve (Brass insert) of grade PN-25, SDR-7.4, 3 layered (outer green coloured UV stabalized, middle black coloured UV stabalized, and inner most layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) fusion welded PP-R (Polypropyelene random copolymer) gate valve brass, light weight ISI marked as per pre requirement of the site with handle screwed both ends for PP-R Pipes of outer dia 90 mm or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Drilling of bore well 150 mm dia in any type of soil or hard rock by rotary fastening method or any other approved method by GE for depth not exc 60 m for each bore well at the location approved by Garrison Engineer based on the soil investigation report from Central water deptt and disposal of water & material complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Drilling of bore well 150 mm dia in any type of soil or hard rock by rotary fastening method or any other approved method by GE for depth exc 60 m but n exc 150 m for each bore well at the location approved by Garrison Engineer based on the soil investigation report from Central water deptt and disposal of water & material complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for Bore well items :- The unit rate quoted for drilling of bore well shall deemed to be included for the following :- 1. Conducting survey for exact location of well shall be carried out by any recognized university or central ground water survey department or any institution approved by the Govt. 2. Collection of sample from tube well for every 5 m depth and submission of bore well strate chart. 3. Collection of water samples from bore well and getting then tested for chemical and bacteriological analysis from recognized institution approved by Govt. 4. Conducting yield test of successful bore well for 8 hours/day continuously for three days. 5. Grouting and sealing of bore well for disinfection by using chlorine solution.

Supply,laying, testing and commissionnig of UG HT cables, 11000 volts grade, 3 core 95 sqmm (Earthed), XLPE insulated and PVC shealhed, steel wire armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix straight through jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination (cold shrink type) joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of of size 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear having rupturing capacity 350 MVA consits of PTs, CTs, Voltmeter, Ampere meter, indication lamps, frequency meter, PF indication with Over Current, Surge Current & earth fault protection relay and 4 ways annunciator window- 02 Nos, heaters and of rating 630 Amp back with DC supply (including Battery bank of suitable capacity and rating as per manufacturer recommendations). Supply, install, test and commission step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180:2014, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 630 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled SCROLL compressor chilling machines 2 Nos Each of 65 TR (minimum) capacity, (2 Nos working) at below mentioned parameters with R-407C refrigerant driven by suitable KW squirrel cage induction motor, Star/Delta Starter with water cooled shell & tube condenser, insulated shell and tube flooded chiller shall be designed for 12 deg C/6 deg C, flow switch at chiller and condenser outlet, suction and discharge refrigerant piping with heat exchanger globe, strainer, expansion valve, solenoid valve and antifreeze thermostat, first charge of refrigerant gas and oil, microprocessor based control panel all mounted on MS frame, vibration isolators and other accessories etc, including necessary foundation. The compressor motor shall be suitable for 400 V +/- 10%, 50 HZ +/- 1% 3 Phase AC supply. The Chiller performance shall be as per ECBC Publication for COP and IPLV. Typical Noise level (Sound Pressure) at 1 Meter distance from the Chiller and 1.5 Meter height 75 decibel. (i) The chiller shall have an ARI certification label at no extra cost. Test certificate from ARI shall include capacity (TR/KW), Power (KW/TR), Pressure drop (ft of water), Integrated Part Load Value (IPLV) shall be submitted. In case any deficiency/discrepancy is noticed between requirements as per their calculation and as provided for in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ, the same shall be intimated by the bidder on or before the clarification end date given. In case no intimation received by the Accepting officer i.e CE Pune Zone, the bidder has to provide any other items (not covered in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ, but required as per site requirement as decided by the Accepting Officer) to meet the desired parameters (i.e. Inside temperature :- 22 oC + 2 oC and Humidity :- 55% + 5%) of air conditioning plant, any enhancement of capacity of AC equipment specified in Schedule ‘A’/BOQ and to maintain the desired inside conditions shall deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted for the relevant items and nothing extra shall be paid by the department on this account.

(B) Civil works such as cutting and making good of openings in walls / ceiling / floor for passage of duct, pipes, cables etc., provision of foundations / pedestals for chiller units, pump sets, cooling tower make up water tank, chilled water tanks, LT Panels etc. is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor for above items. Wall brackets, angles, clamps etc. as required for pipes, ducts and cables etc. is also included in scope of above works. No extra payment shall be made on this account. (C) All civil work including PCC blocks/plinth for installing AHU, Foundations for Chillers, Pumps etc. opening in walls for duct, pipes and cables has to be done by authorise rep of AC manufacturer and closing and finishing shall also be done by the authorise rep of AC manufacturer. No extra payment shall be made on this account.

(D) Provision of Inlet and outlet pipe connection for Make up water tank, Cooling Tower and Expansion Tank is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by Contractor for above items. No extra payment shall be made on this account. (E) Phase I test for 24 hours will be carried out after completion and after successful completion of Test, Certificate to be produced. Phase II Test for 72 Hours will be carried out in Summer, Monsoon and Winter. After completion of Three tests final Completion Certificate will be issued. (F) The complete Unit shall be guaranteed by the contractor for 12 Months from the date of issue of Provisional completion certificate.

(a) Seat rest assembly :- The seat rest assembly shall be made of 1.5 cm thick marine plywood in situ moulded with polyurethane foam & upholstered with fabric. [Seat size 530 mm (W) x 600 mm (D) x 950 mm (H)]. (b) Back Rest Assembly :- Back rest assembly shall be made up of a MS fabricated frame in situ moulded with polyurethane foam. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. [Back size 46.5 cm (W) x 62.5 cm (D) x 9.5 cm (T) Avg]. (c) Polyurethane Foam :- The polyurethane foam for seat and back shall be moulded with density = 45+/-2Kgs/cum and hardness = 20+/-2 on hempden machine at 25% compression 5 of 31. Note :- 1. This prime cost is pre priced by MES and the Add/deduct pe+B317rcentage(%) will be shown in column 56 (Fifty six) of this BOQ over the sum inserted by MES and contractor has to quote their lumpsum rate in column 13 in such away that the percentage worked out shall not exceed 15% (Fifteen percent), in case the percentage worked out exceeds 15% (fifteen percent), the amount inserted shall be amended to ensure that the percentage worked shall not exceed 15%. Please also refer condition 5 of IAFW-2249 General Conditions of Contract. 2. Contractor has to quote his rate only in column 13 and the percentage for Prime cost sum will be calculated automatically in column 56 (Fifty six).

PROVISIONAL SUM : Provide Provisional SUM for "DEVIATION ORDERS PARTIALLY EXECUTED AND BALANCE WORKS OR NOT EXECUTED" as per Appendix-III.

PHASE-II Outsourcing services for Manning, Operation & maintenance of Air conditioning plant during defect liability period including all connected equipments and accessories in 01 (One) shift of 08 Hours in a day after completion of Phase-I test of plants including Saturday, Sunday & holidays complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Notes For Manning & Operation (Phase-II) :- (a) The Work order for M&O shall be placed for eleven months & no price adjustment for its extension will be permissible. (b) The AC System will be operated for 08 hours in 01 shift per day unless otherwise specified by the Engr-in-charge/GE. Necessary recovery will be made for non operation of plants shift wise on prorata basis of quoted rates of above item. Recovery rate shall be double the rate quoted by the bidder for each shift & shall be final & binding. (c) The Shift shall be manned by the following staff:- (i) The Operator being deployed in the work shall have minimum qualification of ITI (REFERIGERATION & AC) alternatively ITI (Mechanical) holder with 02 (Two) years of experiance in relevant field. Necessary technical qualification certificate shall be produced for verification of Engr-in-charge & get the approval before deploying for works-01 No. (d) Proper & efficient functioning of the plant must be ensure through regular inspection by qualified engineer bi-monthly. (e) After the defect liability period the plant will be maintained by the contractor by carrying out routine maintainanace as per the procedure mentioned in the PS.

(f) Any repairs/replacement of parts will be carried out by the contractor by engaging his labour. However the material/spares required will be supplied by the department free of cost after defect liability period. During defects liability period all the materials/spares required will be supplied by the contractor. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include these aspects. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Deptt at later stage.
