Demolishing cement concrete in 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge:

Earth work in bulk excavation all kinds of soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth , all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete upto plinth level Cold twisted bars incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by M.T/H.L.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls above 20 cm wide

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Hand Packing stones in wire crates including the cost of stones, wire crates and all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT/H.L.

Dumping of stones including cost of stones in horizontal or slopes level including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.
