Supply, Installation, Testing amd Commissioning of LT Panel vermin proof floor mounting , M.S. channel base with bottom and Fabricated out of 2.0/1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel, painted with powder coated paint of shade as per the direction of Engineer In-Charge after proper sheet treatment process of sheet steel. The Bus Bar of panel shall be of Electrical grade High Conductive Aluminum alloy of appropriate cross section as per rating.The main bus bar shall run throughout the panel of rating as main incomer rating. The Bus Bar shall be supported by non hygroscopic SMC/DMC Bus Bar supports which shall be mounted on proper interval to ensure the bear the jerks of short Circuit of 50kA for panels having ACB as Incomer & 36kA for panels having MCCB Incomers. Panel shall be constructed in fully Segregated Compartment Design for Each Feeder as per 3b construction Format. The Panel shall be completed in all respect as per IS: 8623 Part-2&3. There shall be Separate Metering Compartment for incomer metering and outgoing metering All Incomer Feeders shall be provided with Multifunction Metering along with Phase Indicating Lights and other associated components such as CT, control MCB Terminal Block etc. and all Outgoing Feeders 100A & above shall be provided with 3 phase Ammeter along with phase Indicating Lights and other associated components such as CT, control MCB Terminal Block etc. The Feeders above shall be provided ac accommodated all Measuring Instruments shall be Digital type & all Indicating Lights shall be LED type. Wiring shall be done from 1100V Grade PVC Insulated copper flexible wire. All ACB shall be Electrically operated Draw-out type with Microprocessor Based O/L, S/C & E/F Release of Breaking/ Withstand Capacity (ICU/ICs/Icw) 50kA or more All MCCB shall be Thermal Magneetic/Microprocessor with O/L & S/C Protection along with Required Spreaders & Extended Rotary Handle with pad Locking facility of Breaking capacity (ICU/ICS) 36kA or more All MCB shall be Thermal 10kA 'C' Curve. Cubicle type switch board shall be Cat-A and B only Incoming 630 Amp. MCCB-1 Nos, Outgoing 200 Amp.MCCB-2 Nos., 100 Amp.MCCB-1No & 63 Amp.MCCB-2No

Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. Complete in all respect. (A) 400 sqmm 3-1/2 core

(B) 120 sqmm 3-1/2 core

(C) 50 sqmm 3-1/2 core

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply and Fixing of Plain or pin type copper tin/ Aluminium Plated cable socket (lug) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect. (A) 400 sq. mm (Aluminium Lug)

Design, Manufacturing & Supply of Outdoor type Bus-bar Box Fabricated out of 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet steel, painted with Powder coated paint of shade as per thedirection of Engineer In Chargeafterpropersheettreatment process of sheet steel. The Bus-bar box shall be suitable for Outdoor Installation with Degree of ProtectionIP: 55 as per IS 13947. All Indicating Lights shall be LED type and all wiring shall be done from PVC Insulated copper flexible wire. The Bus-bar shall be completed in all respect and shall consist of following material. (A) 200Amp heavy duty bus-bar Box with 200 Amp FP, 25kA MCCB – 1 Set
