Taking out old damaged tarfelt or membran of any description including screed bed or bedding layer and removing of debris to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m and cleaning roof surfaces to remove all loose dust etc., roughening surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water using wire brush, brooming down and applying the following treatment all as directed in order of precedence as stated: (a) Brushing neat cement slury with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm. (b) 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction on existing roof surface true to level. (c) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.50 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weighing not less than 160gms per Sqm having softening point not less than 15°C, having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm and 350 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180 N by torch application. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (e) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.11 Kg/Sgm over APP membrane surface. Note:- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150mm and 100mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall conform to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/1S 16532 2017. (iv) Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate of the manufacturer to the Engr-in-Charge before incorporation in the work. (v) Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work. (vi) The work shall be executed through authorised applicators of original manufacturer only. (viI) WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing and connection medium grade 20mm bore with all fitting fixed to wall or in ceiling including taking down old unserviceable steel water tubing and removal from site of work, complete all as pecified and directed.

S&F steel water tubing and connection medium grade 15mm bore with all fitting fixed to wall or in ceiling including taking down old unserviceable steel water tubing and removal from site of work, complete all as pecified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, triple layered, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, confirming to IS 12701-1989, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I (500 ltr capacity) including 20mm Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank and 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed to 20mm bore pipe inculding dismantling of old water tank including dismantling of old unserviceable HDPE tank and removal from site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe or brass and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) including demolition of brick work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as copping, benching and similar works including weathering slightly rounded on chamfered angle and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement corrugated or semicorrugated sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling unframed 40 Sqmm and cover in section, in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161 1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating, GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws 60 x 60cm in size, fixed with nails/screws to timber framework or with staple on snap grid, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel ,rolled section or flat sections) of Fe-290, E-265 including distance pieces, cleats etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for expanded metal exc. 4 kg cut to length, bent to shape required and typing with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and directed. Note : When expanded meatal or fabric ic fixed with flat iron, wood fillets or beads, these shall be measured seperately.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injection chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/Uprooting of vegetation/small trees, muds, garbages, waste etc growth on inaccessible RCC roof, AC sheet roof, below wind tie, cleaning of AC sheet/CGI sheet, valley gutter and shaft portion of wall surfaces, back side of toilet portion including make good, as per existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path, hard standing etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :Cleaning repairing shall be measured separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks of capacity exc. 250 & n. exc. 500 ltr and from mouths of circulating pipes etc using edible bleaching powder/liquid and washing with water, writing the item "Tank Cleaned on ____" indicating the date, month & year of cleaning on external surface of tank walls with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc, from tanks of capacity (exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 ltr), and from mouths of circulating pipes etc using edible bleaching powder/liquid and washing with water, writing the item "Tank Cleaned on ____" indicating the date, month & year of cleaning on external surface of tank walls with synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of first aid kit box/emergency medical box wall mouted type made out of powder coated GI sheet of 18 gauge and the size of the box will be 36cm(H) x 26cm(W) x 13 cm(D) with front transparent acrylic glass and multi compartment 4 shelf for better organize of medicines with security lock on door, openable window at front side with help of hinge at one side and locking arrangement at another side, openable window must painted with "FIRST AID" with red paint and whole box will fixed on wall at height not less than 2mtr including medicene and other items are are under :- Sterilized dressings(04), Cotton Wool 10 gm (02), Antiseptic Solution 100 ml (01), Burn Ointment (01), Scissor (01), Digital Thermometer (01), Disposal Gloves(02), Disposal Mask (20), Adhesive / Microporous Tape 1/2" (01), Band- Aid (10), safety pins(05), Sofraxime Cream (01), Cold Rub(01), Roller Bandage 5 cm (02), Roller Bandage 10 cm (02), cotton Buds (10), First-Aid Guide booklet, Hand Sanitizer (02), Handiplast (12), Antiseptic cream (01), Antiallergic medicene, Cough medicene, Pain killer, Fever and cold medicene and any other essential medicene, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for uprooting up to 30CM depth grass/weeds/plant by scrapping soil inorder to make free ground from all sort of vegetation and hand packing by carefully packing round pebbles of size approximately of size 20 to 40mm after carefully picking form heap of pebbles/stones, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of vegetaion including spray chemicals for prevention of growth of weed and grass at E/M sub station area with spray gun as per the manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading unslaked lims at E/M sub station area to destroy the roots of grass and herbs, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling dry sand at surrounding of E/M installations / sub stations /cable trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling dry river crushed stone aggregate free from any foreign particles 25mm gradded for spreading at E/M sub station area, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality), over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.55,310.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
