Removing the existing conduit pipe and supply and fix 20mm dia stainless steel conduit pipe hanger rod 375mm long in the locker bedside steel complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing sockets for conduit pipe and supply and fix 20mm dia steel sockets to hold conduit pipe complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken shelf and supply and fix shelf of size 530mmx370mm x 1mm thick mild steel sheet of locker bed side steel complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable broken Shutter and supply and fix new shutter of size 910mmx340mm x 1mm thick mild steel sheet and complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Material and labour for preparation of the surfaces of locker bed side steel internally and externally and making good the locker duly welding/denting to all places of locker where ever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint gray colour over a coat of red oxide primer with machine spray complete to all old/new surfaces internally & externally complete as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable flush bolt of locker bed side and supply and fix new flush bolt of size 50mm long complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable broken bottom of locker bed side and supply and fix bottom made up of of 18mm thick plywood BWR Gd , ISI marked Make: Kitply/ Century Ply/ Green Ply complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable Alumn Handle of locker bed side and supply and fix new Almn handle of size100 mm long complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable hasp and staple of locker bed side and supply and fix new stainless steel hasp and staple of size75 mm long complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Taking down old & unserviceable upper shelf from book Case and S&F new upper shelf of size 820mmx 205mm made out of 18mm thick plywood BWR Grde of Make : kit ply/ Green Ply/Century Ply with teak wood beading alround the shelf ; top portion of shelf shall be covered with 1mm thick veneer sheet of approved shade of Make kit ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply complete all as specified & shown in drg and directed by Engg-in Charge.Ref Drg No FD-237.
