Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for one coat of applied bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.30 Ltr per sqm and over one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm over bituminous primer then followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3 mm thick minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 150 gm per sqm) laid as per the manufacturer's instruction with side over lap of 75 mm and end over lap of 100 mm and applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60 x60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly inground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including copper earth strip of size 20 x 3 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and nected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type ofsoil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc complete. NOTES :- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. S&F air termination made up of high conductivity EC-grade copper conforming to BS 2874, with 01(one) No taper pointed air rod, 25 mm dia 1000 mm long, 03(Three) taper pointed air rod,12 mm dia 300 mm long, with multiple point adopter base , fixed to elevation rod 25 mm dia 1000 mm long and with copper air teminal base suitable for 25 mm dia elevation rod, base fixed with suitable brass screw and PVC screw fastener sleeve to parapet of RCC roof slab/ stair case canopy/ railing of water tank etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for one pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab of size 400 x 400 x 50 mm for already existing earthing pit with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar.

Taking down unsegregated aluminium/copper/GI strip/wire of any size, including air termination rod of any description from roof/wall including serviceable/ brocken porcelain insulator commplete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for refixing of aluminium/copper strip of any dimension, obtained from serial item No - 01 here in before on roof/wall with porcelain insulator complete all as specified and directed. Note : Broken insulator to be measured separately.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 25 x 3 mm with saddles with required porcelian insulator , fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repair, Test point terminal block made of copper size 75 mm x75mm x 25mm, drilled and screwed including 4 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90x90x90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified.
