Providing the temporary provision of De-watering with the help of submersible pump set of suitable capacity including all accessories like delivery pipe, panel board, clamps and cable as per site requirement during execution of work.

Cleaning the site manually after diverting the flow with the help of men power with allied accessories

Making groove for I-Section Beam by taking all safety precaution by using men, material along with safety equipment’s, electric lights, safety belts, gumboots, oxygen masks etc. complete with all equipment’s bucket, phawra, gaiti, bard etc. complete as per site requirement. The work is to be done on turnkey basis. This includes all labor/ staff of firm. The safety equipment’s also includes oxygen mask with cylinder etc. for safe working. All precautions are to be taken for safety of men& material at site of work. & direction of in charge

Providing the 300x140 mm x 5.5 mtr. for fixing in the channel in horizontal possession with the support of 12 mm M.S. plate duly welded with i/c provision of drilling.

Fixing of 3 Nos. I-Section Beam along with M.S Plate for proper leveling and hold the same with the help of necessary civil work for support of bar screen fabricated frame with the help of fasteners.

Providing the Heavy duty L type fine bar screen of size 1.5mtr. X 2.5mtr.x.3 mtr. made of 100x50 mm channel in frame and center covered with S.S. 304 grade Flat size 50mm x 10mm duly welded with 25mm center to center distance , welding with both side of the flat with M. S. angle of Bar Screen size as per site requirement & direction of in charge.

Platform of size 1mtr. X 5.5mtr. made from M.S Channel size 150mm X 70mm X 6mm complete frame and center 2 Nos. support duly S.S. welded and top side cover with 8mm M.S. Sheet duly welded on the top side as per site requirement. & direction of in charge

Providing the ladder made out with the 100x50 mm channel for making ladder during operation in the sump with 8mm thick check yard and provision of hand railing of 32 NB on the side of the ladder..

Providing/Fixing Electric Wire Rope Hoist confirming to IS – 3938. Capacity 3 ton, lift 12 mtr. Hoisting motor 3 HP, Limit Switches with control panel & cable etc.). Make Globe/ISI Brand.

Providing the Vertical frame for handling/ removing the floating from the Bar screen during operation with holding provision & required necessary civil work for the same as per site requirement.

Installation of the above material jointing at site with welding and fixing in the drain channel with the help of manual labour, civil work for the same with the help of mobile crane at site as per site requirement. & direction of in charge.

Providing the temporary tin shed for fixing panel and staying the staff during operation the job. Size of the shed 3 mtr. X 5 mtr. X 3 mtr, (H.O.S).

Providing the hand cart for shifting the floating material from the site.

Painting of complete Bar Screen by two coats of primer and one coat of paint as required by job.

Testing and Commissioning charges of Bar Screen.

Transportation charges (to &fro) for men, material and machinery along with loading/unloading of the same. As per site requirement & direction of in charge
