Supply installation testing and commissioning of acoustic enclosure Diesel Engine Generating set 125 KVA/100 KW (CPCB IV), 0.8 power factor 50 HZ, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brush less AC generator including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Carnicobar and confirming to condition under IS/IEC 60034-1, ISO 1460, ISO 8528, ISO 3046, ISO 9001, ISO 13018 and all components as detailed complete all as listed as following:- Make - Cummins engine model No QSB4.5-G2, Caterpillar, Kirloskar (KOEL) :- a) The emission limit of DG Sets upto 800KW/1000KVA shall be incorporated as per the latest CPCB norms as published by Gazette of India New Delhi dt 03 Nov 2022 vide S No 716 Extraordinary Part II Section 3-sub section (i) and emission limits shall come into force from 01 Jul 2023.

(b) The emission limits shall be tested through one of the five CPCB approved/recognized labs as mentioned below :- (i) Automotive Research Association of India, Pune (Maharashtra). (ii) International Centre for Automotive Technology, Manesar (Haryana). (iii) Indian Oil Corporation, Research and Development Centre, Faridabad (Haryana). (iv) Indian Institute of Petroleum, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). (v) Vehicle Research Development Establishment, Ahmednagar (Maharashtra). (c) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil, final successful acceptance test, cost for incorporation of Emission Standards and Load test of DG at Site. (d) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de rating factors as per relevant ISI design. (e) DG Set manufactured prior to 01 Jul 2023 shall not be allowed/acceptable.

(a) Alternator: Standard design alternator rated at 125 KVA net output at site after considering de ratings as per site conditions at 0.8(lag) power factor AC, 3 phase four wire system 415 volts 50Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated screen protected / drip proof IP23 enclosure brush less design with winding in pole faces, insulating class ‘H’ and voltage regulation of ± 0.5 to 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load, The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in± 1% tolerance the alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS-2613/500/IS-4722. i) Insulation Class-‘H’ ii) Excitation: self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with ± 1 % manual voltage adjustment within ±5% v) Frequency regulation ± -1% Make : Stamford/Cater pillar/ Kirloskar (KOEL)/Cummins.

(b). Diesel Engine: - The capacity of Diesel engine 161.6 HP, water cooled multi cylinder 4 stroke, 1500 RPM coupled with alternator, turbo charged after cooled, heavy duty air cleaner as per ISO 3046, water separate filter, fuel feed pump and other accessories as per relevant ISI/BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hrs, continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation, salient features of accessories shall be as under:- Make - Cummins, Caterpillar, Kirloskar (KOEL) (i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) PT fuel pump (iii) STC injectors (iv) turbocharger, pulse tuned exhaust manifold, stainless steel exhaust flexible connections (v) Radiator/heat exchanger with initial filled coolant (vi) Plate type lub oil coolers (vii) out board after coolers (viii) Full flow filters for fuel, lube oil and by pass filter (ix) dry type replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator (x) electric control panel (xi) Microprocessor based genset controller (xii) initial fill lub oil (xiii) Starter motor 24 volts (xiv) Charging alternator 24 volts.

(c) Exhaust system: Exhaust system complete with exhaust piping of as per manufacture recommendation (d) Batteries: Maintenance free batteries of 12 volts 180 AH capacity with multi stranded copper conductor cable of suitable size from battery to starter and from control panel (e) Control Panel PC 3.3 (a) The control system is an integrated microprocessor based generator control system providing voltage regulation, engine protection alternator protection, operator interface and isochronous governing (i) Amp Sentry - Integral amp sentry protection which provides a full range of alternator protection function suitable to alternator provided (ii) Power management - control function provides battery monitoring, testing and smart starting control system (iii) Advanced control methodology- Three phase sensing FET based full wave rectified voltage regulation and a PWM output for stable operation with all type of loads (iv) Communication interface - control comes standard with PCCnet and module interface. (v) Regulation compliant - Prototype tested UL CSA and CE compliant. u) Acoustic enclosure - Enclosure is free standing floor mounting type factory built modular in construction to facilitate essy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type and easy access for maintenance and repairs and operation with following facilities (i) rugged construction maintenance free and easily assembly at site (ii) made out of 16 swg/1.6 mm thick CRCA sheets for enclosure with high quality insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption and the layers supported by perforated sheets (iii) The sheet metals treated with anti resistive solutions before painting and painted with pure polyester powder epoxy paint in outer side for better weather resistance.

(iv) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber (v) provide selling with special type of gaskets, frame rubbers on doors/frames for better weather protection (vi) Necessary provision for cable entry/ bus ducts and fuel line, control cables as per requirement (vii) A see through transparent glass/acrylic window in front of engine control panel to be provide for monitoring the parameters (viii) In inside the enclosure provide 12/24 volts LED light fitting two nos for inside illumination (ix) The temp inside the enclosure will with in 7 degree centigrade above the ambient temperature (x) necessary mounting bracket for batteries in side the enclosure (xi) The emergency stop push button provided in acoustic enclosure near control panel side (xii) Work space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance by the manufacturer.

Note : (i) The contractor shall provide the artificial load, fuel, oil etc for testing the DG set at site and the cost tis deemed to include in the quoted rate (ii) All civil work for making good the disturbed surface during installation deemed to include in the quoted rate. (iii) taking down old unsv DG set any capacity from PPT pump house and kept at outside. (iv) 04X GI strip Earthing 25x4 mm deemed to include in the quoted rate.

S&F LED Stop butt light 15 watt comprising aluminium housing with poly carbonate enclosure suitable for mounting on and including GI pipe of suitable dia complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Cat part No. BGAV 302 LED of Bajaj or equivalent model in Philips/ Crompton/Havells/Geltronix as approved by GE.

S&F in repair LED flood light 60 Watt ( 6000 System Lumens ) with efficacy >105 lm/W, Wide voltage operating range of 140 V - 270 Volts & Wide temperature operating range: -10 °C to +50 °C, energy saving, environment friendly, long life, die-cast aluminium body with highly efficient LEDs as light source, including electronic dirvers and including brackets made of 50mm dia GI pipe 1.5 mtr long bent to shape and fixing arrangement like nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep in soft/loose soil) for laying of cables, DWC/ GI pipe and getting out including levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 m away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing testing and commissioning LT underground cables XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) conforming to IS 19430 Part -1 of size 40 mm outer dia and 32 mm inner dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F FR round PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable Twin core of size 2.5 Sqmm drawn through including MS stove enamelled conduit 25mm dia complete as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 240 volts 4 way single door type fixing of MCB's complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F MCB SP, 230 Volts, AC 50 Hz 6 to 40 Amps, 10 KA, 'B' curve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 240 Volts 40Amps, 10KA, 'B' curve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Steel tubular swaged poles 8.5 meters long including PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2 and PCC Coping 1:2:4 Type B1 and excavation, RFR complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 all as specified and directed.
