BUILDING WORK COMPLETE Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis RCC framed structure building CHOWK BAZAR (B+G+3) ,with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works- RCC Road, Footpath, External Sewerage, Filtered Water Supply, Distribution line upto 100mm Dia, Peripheral grid 150mm to 300 mm dia pipes, Unfiltered Water Supply distribution lines, Storm Water Drains, Trenches for Services, Horticulture operations, Boundary wall, Main Gate & Guard Room, Electrical Sub Station, Tubewell and Electromechanical of Water Cooler system and approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical sub station ,DG set , IP based CCTV system, Street lighting with LED , EMERGENCY LIGHT & ILLUMINATED SIGNAGES AND CAMPUS SIGNAGES & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
