Supply , installing and commissioning of Water Cooler electrically driven single phase, fully stainless steel body having approximate storage capacity of 40/80 litres/hour and cooling capacity 40 litres/hour, including connecting lead and suitable 3 pin plug top complete all as specified and directed. M&L Cutting existing cast iron main of size 200 mm dia in position for and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc for 80 mm branch connection including necessary excavation and earthwork and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

The unit rate of transformer shall include the following accessories / fittings / specifications:-

(a) Non detachable rating & terminal marking plates

(b) Lifting lugs for main tank and top cover.

(c) Earthing terminals with lugs - 02 Nos

(d) Thermometer pocket with cap along with dial type thermometer - 01 No

(e) Externally hand operated off circuit tap changing device with locking arrangement.

(g) Silica gel dehydrating breather with first charged silica gel.

(h) Top filler valve with plug.

(j) Drain cum bottom filter valve with plug.

(o) First fill oil.

(p) Base channel 100 x 50mm, 460 mm long with holes to make them suitable for fixing on a platform or plinth including making locking arrangement.

(q) First fill of fresh oil confirming to relevant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength.

(r) Extra bushing for neutral outside the L.T. cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral.

(s) Provision of two numbers danger boards 250 x 200 mm size made out of 1.6 mm this MS plate, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at H.T. side and other on L.T. side.

(t) Any other fittings /accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS:1180-2014.

NOTES:

i) Contractor shall submit technical, constructional and safety features drawings for approval of GE.

ii) Acceptance of transformer shall be subject to factory inspection for routine tests as per IS & ANSIC-57.12.90 (latest revision) in the OEM factory in presence of rep of Accepting Officer before dispatch from factory and tests after installation by SEI of Zone.

S&F LED street light fitting complete with all fitting & fixing accessories, 35/36 Watt 230 volts AC, outdoor type, made out of high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant glass and high efficient electronic driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion management in multiple optic, IP 65/66 thermal protection, prewired, connected and fixed on walls PCC/Steel poles etc. complete as specified and directed.

S&F FRP junction box of size 250 mm x 200 mm x 100 mm (depth) suitable for pole mounting including MCB SP 6 Amp complete with connection fro loop in and loop out cable connector with suitable size cable glands and clamp made out of flat iron 40 x 4 mm including connecting from the junction box to street light with suitable size cables complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Street light brackets made out of 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe 1.20 m length bent to shape required for fixing on pole and suitable for LED street light fittings with 2 Nos MS flat iron 40 mm x 6 mm clamp of suitable size with necessary GI screws and bolts including painting two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC 3 core copper wire flexible type of size 1.50 sqmm in PVC conduit 20 mm dia for street light connection of length as per site requirement from junction box to street light complete all as specified and directed.

Provide Provision Sum for Rs 2.00 Lakh for constrution of Volly ball ground/ Court all as per details shown in Drawing No. CEPZ/2018/TD/11 sheet 1/1 and as directed.
