An undertaking that I/We shall submit the documents as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the special conditions (Furniture and Acoustics Work) of NIT within 07 (Seven) days after issue of letter of intent otherwise department may take action against me/us as per Clause-3 of the applicable GCC of the agreement and may forfeit performance guarantee
