Excavation in foundation trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting work in hard/soft rocks chiselling/wedging out of hard/soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil upto all leads and lifts stacking the excavated soil/materials not more than three metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One cement :3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1. 5 : 3 ( One cement : 5 sand: three graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation ,footing bases of column and the like mass concrete within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

In walls ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string cources etc. from top of foundationlevel up to floor level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 :4 ( One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plainth involing all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping and centering below supporting floor to celing not exxeding 4 mtr.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concerete and plain concrete work in-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing mild / tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, and placing in position complete up to floor two level including within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
