A-Electrical works
Dismantling & cutting of the existing 20.0 mtr long approx. old and rusted fabricated 01 tower by taking all safety precautions and handing over to the EIC's store at site with proper challan. All labour cost, vehicle and necessary tools and machineries required for the work should be borne by the contactor.
Supply of 16 mtr long high mast system with its all accessories and suitable equipments. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS: 875 part 3. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 3/4 point 02 suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 9 luminaries (9 nos of 72LED/216 watt LED flood lights) symmetrically & its control gear boxes & lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. (The designing of high mast tower foundation should be done after testing of soil bearing capacity and approved by the competent authority).
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED Flood Light, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium (System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt) Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Flood Light, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium body with built in or separate driver as per the requirement with Driver efficiency >85%, Input voltage: Input voltage: 140-270 Volt AC, frequency 50/60 hz, Operating temp range -5 0C to 50 0C, internal surge protection of 5 KV L,N,E as per IEC 61000-4-5, Driver efficiency >85%,THD < 10% as per IEC 61000-3-2, P. F.0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection,EMI-EMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle 30 deg-120deg as per the application and the project requirement., suitable tilt able fitting, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output. LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. (Thermal management: heat sink of aluminium housing such that LED junction temperature shall not rise above 90°C) - 150 watt.

Supply and erection of control panel housing suitable for control circuit for the operation of the mast, it shall also consist of suitable control for the power tool motor including timeswitch for 50%& 100% opertion of luminaries also including automatic switching ON/OFFsystem.
Supply of foundation bolts manfactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.
Supply, of twin dome aviation obstruction lights with 1 no 25 W neon spiral lamp (2 fittings/mast necessary).
Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-20 concrete (1:1.5:3) for 16 08 mtr high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as found at site and as per technical specification attached. Before designing and casting of shallow foundation, testing of soil bearing capacity for erection of high mast tower and the test report of soil bearing capacity of the formation site to be submitted from recognised testing laboratries/Institution before execution of work.
Errection of high mast tower with the help of suitable equipments & wiring of luminaries with supply of necessary wiring materials as per IS.
Supply and erection of 80 mm dia thickness not less than 4.0 mm, 3 mtr. long G.I.pipe earthing including connection to high mast with G.I.Flats size 25x5mm (2 nos per mast) including construction of earth pit, RCC earth cover slab 1/2" thick and earth continuity as per EIC at site.
Cutting of rail pole of 13 mtr long in to 1.6 mtr length, erection of rail pole 1.6 mtr long by contactor own arrangement by digging the pit to 1/5th of the pole height with execution of CC 11 foundation work of size 45cmx45cm in ratio 1:2:4 by cement, sand and chips of size 19 mm and down up to full depth & 1ft above the GL and 8 nos of rail pole (cutting) surrounding the high mast tower as per direction of EIC at site. Painting of rail pole by 2-coats of red oxide as primer and 2 coats of Aluminium paint as final coat as per direction of EIC at site. (Rail pole will be supplied by Railway)
Supply , testing and connection of 1100 volt grade, 16 sq mm 4 core XLPE insulated heavy duty power cables aluminium multistrand armoured cable as per IS:1554(PART I) & IS 7098(Part 1) 1988 with up to date amendments including all as per site requirement.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required - Upto 35 sq. mm .
Excavation of cable trench 0.75 mtrs. below the GL with laying of armored cable and refilling the same by supply of 70mm sand and soil after digging the earth. The laying of armoured cable should be done as per direction of Engineer at site.
Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type (KIOSK type) hinged, feeder pillar box comprising of following items and made of MS angle, channel 17 by MS sheet of not less than 18 SWG duly welded and painted by 2 coats of primer, two coats of finishing paint (spray paint) Doco/Nerolac brand of approved colour both in interior and exterior as per direction of EIC at site - i) 100A,4P, 18KA, Ics = 100% Icu, conforms to IEC 60947-2 MCCB - 1 nos, ii) 63A, MCB TPN - 1 nos, iii) 40A, MCB DP - 1 nos & iv) 200A 4P copper bus bar - 1 set.
Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories 18 like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required - 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal).
Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness.The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board 19 should not be thinner than 8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. As per Drg. No. DRG NO:PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 dated 30.09.2024 & as perTechnical circular no. EL/PS/2024/1 (EARTHING SYSTEM).
