PEG TABLE (FD-277/FD-384): The following repairs shall be carried out to Peg Table after removing old unserviceable parts:- Supply and fix 18mm pre laminated particle board exterior grade with 4 mm thick teak wood edging for size 300 x 450 mm to peg table top duly french polished and all as specified.

Supply and fix teak wood legs of size 30 x 50 x 380mm duly french polished with 5 mm groove on top all as specified.

Supply and fix teak wood top rail of size 20 x 40 x 300 mm long duly french polshed for peg table all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix teak wood bottom rail of size 20 x 40 x 300mm duly french polished for peg table all as specified and as directed.

TEA POY (FD-34, FD-232, FD-278 & 382)The following repairs shall be carried out to Teapoy after removing old unserviceable parts:- Supply and fix 18mm pre laminated particle board exterior grade with 4 mm thick teak wood edging duly french polished for size 600 x 450 mm toTeapoy top all as specified.

BED PLYWOOD (FD-246) Removing the existing unserviceable /broken long rails from bed plywood and supply and fix long rail of size 65 x 65 x 1950mm long rails with second class hardwood and provide angle 50 x 50 x 6mm in four corners of bed plywood including French polish all as shown on drawing and as directed

S/F ply wood OST of size 3' x 1 1/2' and 3 ' x 1' for head rest and foot rest of bed ply wood (both sides) and provide 6 mm teak wood beading all round including polishing all as specified.

Removing the existing / wornout ply wood from bed ply wood. Supply and fix plywood commercial MR grade 12 mm thick of size 1900 mm x 900 mm duty fixed with suitable screws, all as directed

CHAIR WOODEN BOTTOM (FD 56,254) Removing the existing old u/s top from chair wooden bottom S/F 6 mm plywood one side teak face of size 450mmx450mm made to shape and screwed to top groove of chair wooden bottom with suitable screws all as specified and as directed.

SIDE BOARD (FD 241) Removing the following unservicable parts of side board and supply and fix new parts all as specified shown in drawing and as directed Door shutter in two parts of size 655mm x 835mm x made out of prelaminted particle board 18mm thick exterior grade with natureal teak shade on one side and other side white of approved quality duly fitted with piano hinges knobs 2 No lock 01 No and providing border with 4mm thick 1st class teak wood beading all around Note:- Double leaf shutter will be mesasured as one unit.

Side portion of pre -laminted particle board 18mm thick exterior grade with naturale teak shade on one and white shade of approvw=ed quality on the other side.

Back side of 6mm commericial plywood all as shown in the drawing and as directed.

Bottom frame made out of first class teak wood fitted with sitiffners and legs 4 Nos Complete all as specified and directed
