SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROADS AT NABHA AND SANGRUR UNDER GE S PATIALA

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with .09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat of paving bitumen grade VG 10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm mannualy or with mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) Bituminous Concrete (BC) using paving bitumen grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, Mixing crushed stone aggregates of grading 2 with paving bitumen grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix in Hot Mix Plant (Batch Type) of 100 - 120 TPH capacity, carrying the hot mixed materials by means of tipper etc to site, laying the hot premixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher compacted and rolled to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonnes smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller all as per clause 507 of MORTH specifications for road and bridge work (Fifth Revision) complete all as specified and as directed.

(vi). The vintage of the T&P (Hot mix plant/ road roller i.a. vibrating roller, static roller, hydraulic roller/ paver) to be incorporated in the wk should not be more than 10 years except the tippers and shall be approved by GE before dale of commencement of the work. (vii). The certificate wrt the capacily of the hot mix plant (HMP) shall be 100-120 TPH and the plant shall be electronic operated, batch type and location be intimated and the same shall be approved by GE before date of commencement of the work. (viii). The distance of the HMP shall not be more than 100 KM from the Mil Stn Nabha. Detail of plant to be submitted to ĢE for approval before date of commencement of the work (ix). The calibration certificate for HMP shall be submitted by the contractor for approval of GE before date of commencement of the work which should not be more than 6 months old. (x). The minimum 2 Road roller each (vibrating and static road roller) are required at sile before commencement of the work on the ground and the same shall be approved by GE before date of commencement of the work.

Material and labour for 2.5 mm thick road marking thermo plastic reflective paint to be carried out mechanically with hot application of material (painting material @ 5 Kg/Sqm) and glass beads @ 250 gm / Sqm confirming to CI No. 803.4 of MoRTH in strips of 100 / 150mm width on road surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method usingPU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, in ground floor not exceeding 150mm thick above or below ground level compete all as specified and as directed..
