Dismantlling of existing M.S. flat railig on brick masonary toe wall or on ground and removing of CC 1:2;4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Refixing of old MS flat railing on brick masonary toe wall by providing CC 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0-9"x1'-0" including cost of applying coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge rate also includes credit of servicable bricks / Bats. In Cement mortar Based on DSR 15.7.4

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR : 6.1.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. as required. (DSR 10.25.2)

Providing and fixing M.S flat gate having flat size 50 x12 mm having 6'-0" long of each openable shutter and 3'-3" high above ground level and ,1'-0" below ground level welded with 2 no's M.S flat 40 x10mm including horizontally at 6' upper and 6' from bottom and 10 no's M.S square bars of 45 degree angle at 6'' center to center between the 2 no's horizontally M.S flat 40 x 10mm including the 2 no's M.S. Channel 75x40mm in posts having 2no's channel welded to form post of size 75x80mm & 6'-0" long with lugs 1'-3" long 2no's M.S. Flat 40x10mm at bottom under each post to be provided on both sides of shutter with 2 no's hinges for openable arrangements with sliding bolt for locking arrangements and gate shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfication of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm,(2"x1/2") 4'-0" high(3' high above ground level) welded with 2no's M.S. flat 38x10mm horizontally at distancwe 9.5" upper and 9.5” from bottom and 1no's M.S. flat 25x10mm on the lower side of top M.S. flat including 8mm M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat iron. The rates also includes the cost of 2 No. 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long imbeded in ceme sleeve piece embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0" and painted with three coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat railing having flat size 50x12mm having 6'-0" long and 2'-3" high above ground level and 1'-0" below ground level welded with 2no's M.S. flat 40x10mm horizontally at 6” upper and 6” from bottom and 10no's M.S. square bars of 45 degree angle at 6" center to center between the 2no's horizontally M.S. flat 40x10mm including the cost of 2no's 12mm dia nut and bolts with 2no's M.S. pipe of 19mm dia and 3" long sleeve piece. The bottom of vertical ounter M.S. flat 50x12mm shall be provided with 9" long anchorage piece of MS flat 50x12mm welded at bottom and railing shall be properly embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 block of size 1'-0"x0'-9"x1'-0". The complete railing shall be painted with two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of primer complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.5.1)

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (DSR 13.31.1)
