Field Survey, Submission & approval of P&ID, Hook-up/Interconnection layout/schematic, GA, Foundation Drawings, Hazop Study Report,SIL Report,Hydraulic Study Report etc.
Supply of package with HARSCO make Air-X-Changer, Caterpillar make Gas Engine ,Gas Compressor & PLC based Unit Control Panel fitted/assembled with all package piping, vessels, process measurement,control & monitoring devices /equipments+ erection & commissioning spares required.
Supply of package with HARSCO make Air-X-Changer, Waukesha make Gas Engine ,Gas Compressor & PLC based Unit Control Panel fitted/assembled with all package piping, vessels, process measurement,control & monitoring devices/equipments+erection & commissioning spares required.
Supply of a suitable Suction Control Valve Assembly of 300 Class pressure rating between skid limit and battery limit fitted with suitable positioners and instrumentation control device along with upstream, downstream and bypass manual valve arrangement.
Supply of misc. Instrumntation,Electrical equipments , Cables, Audio-Visual Hooters etc. and any other equipments those may be required to complete the work in all respect beyond skid limit.
Price of all other hardwares like flanges,studs & nuts,gaskets, various types of valves, pipings,pipe fittings, tubings etc. to complete the hookup in all respect between skid limit & battery limit in line with BOM submitted in ANNEXURE in Technical Bid.
All civil & construction related job expenditure including supply of materials, preparation of package foundation and any other relevant job etc. ,deployment of civil contractors, labourers etc.
Construction of a lube oil drainage tank of 10KL capacity outside compressor shed including supply of all civil materials,labourers etc.
Erection,Testing & Commissioning Charges of the complete package and associated accessories which include all expenses like to & fro travel cost, travel time, boarding and lodging , local conveyance of packager's personnel engaged at project site ,commissioning engineers,technicians ,officials etc. including cost of operation & maintenance of the package for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of commissioning jointly with DNPL's O&M Team.
