REPAIRS TO TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLES, COVERS, CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE ETC AT NSB AND INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA.

Desilting of manhole complete by removing all scum, sludge, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) mechanical scraper and disposal of the same and buried in trenches etc, as in foul condition for any depth complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to te contractor on this account.(Sludge/ sludge water shall be diposed off in closed container authorized dumping site delared by local administration outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning existing sewage lines of dia of pipe (150mm,200mm,300mm) and any depth with machines with pressure fresh water jets as required at site from manholes to manhole, removing blockage of any type, flushing the line with pressure water jets and making the line fully functional complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ditto as above itemno-02 but manually.

Dewatering of septic tank/Soakage well, any size any depth, cleaning and taking out effluent water from septic tank by mechanical means as in foul conditions and confined places, filled in closed containers of capacity 5000 Litre each to the full capacity and disposed off at dumping site outside MoD, authorised by local Administration complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Record of disposal of effluent water shall be maintained by the contractor in a pucca bound register. Entry for each trip disposing off the effluent water in container with tractor RC Number carrying the container shall be made in the register and each shall be signed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Receiving and Attending day to day complaints lodged by the user/occupants from JE incharge related to opening and cleaning of blockage of blocked from bottle traps, gully trap, nahani traps, P/S trap of WCs, bath, urinals etc. and cleaning of sewage line upto first manhole and making the functional with manually/ pressure using pumps On all working day to attend the complaint cell by rep of contractor at 0900AM and report to complaint cell at same day at 0500 PM on daily basis after satisfactory completion, Necessary tools etc provided by contractor and including 01 Sweepar & 01 Helper shall be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.50 mtr wide and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth, for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of 150mm cast iron or reinforced concrete(NP2) / SWR drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, complete all as specified by Engineer-in-charge and directed by Engineer-in-charge by Engr-in-Charge.
