M&L for open the top cover of transformer of capacity 315 KVA to 400 KVA, after disconnecting HT/LT connection, drain out of transformer oil and preserve it in container, replacement of all gasket for prevention of leaking, replacement of broken HT/LT bushes complete as per existing size all as directed, refixing all connection and testing on load.(Note : Cost of HT/LT bushes to be paid separately).

Replacement of HT bushing complete with copper spindle, checknuts oil seal, bolts nuts and washer cte complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Replacement of LT bushing complete with copper spindle, checknuts oil seal, bolts nuts and washer cte complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Replacement of breather complete sets with silica gel.

S&F in repair Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for couductor, working pressure 11000 Volt.

M&L in repair Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth width and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying under ground cable in loose/soft soil.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Indoor HT 11 KV VCBs(Make-Areva) of 800 Amps rating from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and Servicing of 11KV in door VCB, Repalcements of UNSV parts such as ,vaccum interuppter,arms ,closing and tripping coils, auxiliary switches ,protection relays,CT,PT etc.Checking the quality of insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT after fixing of new CT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT. calibration of relays, CT connection, PT alignment, Cleaning, polishing of VCB including final testing after fixing complete including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete Note:- The rate of item will be measured and paid separatly.

Supply, Connecting and testing Closing and Tripping Coil DC 24 V/30V for 11 KV VCB Complete.Make- Areva or as approved by Engr-in-charge.

Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning of 110v DC battery bank comprising (55x2 volt) 50AH complete all as spd and directed.

S & F 3 phase resin cast draw out type Potential Transformer Having PT Ratio 11KV/1100V/3, Burden : 100 VA. CI:1.0 with primary side PT fuse including Voltmeter square type of capacity 0 to 15 KV for panel complete all as spd and directed .
