Dismantling of 16 MVA Power transformer HV & LV bushings,radiators,conservator tanks and other accessories all lead,lift,T&P'S,crane charges etc.complete.

Pull and placing of the allotted Power Transformer at the existing substation for loading if required (35 MTX30 mtrsx 3 Unit)+(40 MT X30 mtrs x 2 Units)

Loading of the Power Transformer main tank with oil and dismantled accessories including pulling distance of 5 Mtrs. In to the low bed truck, tieing with truck by steel rope, turn buckle etc. including all T&Ps complete.(35 MTX 3 Unit)+(40 MT X2 Units)

Transporting of Power Transfomer with accessories from one place to another substation as per allotment by low bed truck as direct by field engineer. (31 to 50 MT)(For First 100 KM)

Transporting of Power Transfomer with accessories from one place to another substation as per allotment by low bed truck as direct by field engineer (31 to 50 MT) ( Beyond 100 KM up to 500 KM) 400 KM X(35 MTX 3 Unit)+(40 MT X2 Units)

Unloading of the Power Transformer main tank with oil and dismantled accessories including pulling distance of 5 M from the low bed truck to plinth or near by plinth including all T&Ps complete. (35 MTX 3 Unit)+(40 MT X2 Units)

Pull and placing of the existing Power Transformer for distance of 30M (30M for each Transformer) if required at site to vacate the plinth (35 MTX30 mtrsx 3 Unit)+(40 MT X30 mtrs x 2 Units)

Pull and placing the alloted New Power Transformer upto plinth as per site condition (35 MTX30 mtrsx 3 Unit)+(40 MT X30 mtrs x 2 Units)

Labour charges for erection of 16 MVA Power Transformer's HV,LV Bushings, Radiators, conservator tank and other accessories including minor welding works wherever necessary, minor transport of transformer accessories, tools etc. complete including the cost of sundry items such as soap, cotton waste, enamel paint, kerosin, in all respect, all lead, lift, T&Ps, Crane charges etc. complete. excluding the cost of Gasket, electricity used for this work.

Labour charges for transformer oil in the transformer and OLTC under Hot oil circulation including vacuum drying whenever applicable for 72Hrs. Or necessary to achief the required level and circulation of oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning as directed by the field engineer. The filter will be provide by contractor.(First 5000 Lits in 5 Units)

Labour charges for Supply of Various steel materials and labour machinary consumables for the double earthing of neutral, Main tank and other panel etc, as directed by the field engineer.

Labour charges for draining of oil from Main tank to barrel as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for filling of oil from barrel/separate tank to main tank as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for dismantling of top cover with gaskets including OLTC cover and replacement of top cover gaskets,OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valves inner gaskets and all other gaskets which are not normally covered under dismantling and re-erection, gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate&all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening work as directed by field engineer. All the required gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by contractor.(10 MVA Transformer)

Labour charges for dismantling of top cover with gaskets including OLTC cover and replacement of top cover gaskets,OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valves inner gaskets and all other gaskets which are not normally covered under dismantling and re-erection, gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate&all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening work as directed by field engineer. All the required gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by contractor.(16 MVA Transformer)

Labour Charges for Overhauling of Power Transformer OLTC mechanism including cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets etc. as directed by the Field Engineer.(Gasket & Spares will be supplied by TANTRANSCO)

Labour charges for one finish coating of aluminium painting works with spray gun for transformer complete including T&P etc, and painting of valves, bushings with red, yellow, blue and black paint of reputed make company viz Asian,Berger etc, and consumables as directed by the field engineer.

Labour charges for loading transporting unloading of 40 - 45 Gallen capacity of empty barrels from the store to the site

Labour charges for laying control cable in cable duct from power Transformer to control room and with in the Transformer body as directed by the Field Engineer.(Up to 8 Core Cable )
