PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF AC PLANTS REP MAINT TO CENTRAL AC PLANTS AND COOLING APPLIANCES AT INS SHIVAJI

Providing services for operation and maintenance of AC plant of capacity 2 x 11 TR (chiler with compressor unit) at DAG(DEW) AC plant in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) (including Sundays and Holidays) with one operator(REF MECH) checking the proper operation of compressor,condensor ,AHU with desired temperatures and making sure of the pumps safe operation of the butterfly valves ,gland tightening for reducing water leakage and properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for operation and maintenance of AC plant of capacity 3 x 28 TR (2 working & one stand by) at SEACON (CCEL) AC plant in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) (inluding Sundays and Holidays) with one operator (Ref mech) complete also operation of diesel engine generating set, 125 KVA capacity at CCEL site including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing services for operation and maintenance of AC plant of capacity 20 x 2 TR at LM 2500 and Diesel engine generating set, 40 KVA capacity at Buriya simulator in one shift of 08 Hrs (from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) with one operator(REF MECH) checking the proper operation of compressor,condensor ,AHU with desired temperatures and making sure of the pumps safe operation of the butterfly valves ,gland tightening for reducing water leakage and properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice including cleaining of the eqpt, checking of starting battery for proper charge, checking of electrical panel for proper functioning opening the diesel tank for filling in diesel, collection of diesel as and when reqd from MT Section of AGE E/M yard, transporting to site, operate the DG set as reqd by user when main supply fails, switch off DG supply after main supply resumes, properly lock and unlock plant run safely complete as directed and maintaining log sheet as per standard practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- DHPP shall be issued under Sch 'B' free of cost. Note :- Diesel shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for use as and when required. 1. Contractor should provide safety shoes,one pair of uniform,helmet,safety glasses &safety gloves etc for each working operator 2. Contractor should provide torch light,grass cutting blade,01 No .axe,first aid box etc for each plant. 3. The Employed labours are wholely responsible for area cleaning i.e grass removing, complete cleaining of plant rooms and other task given by JE/Engr In Charge. 4.Contractor shall provide log book for each plant and also employed person should be maintained on daily basis. 5.Contractor shall putup each plant record book weekly once to JE/Engr-in -charge.
