NCTPS II Civil Maintenance Circle Civil Maintenance Division Repair and maintenance including colour washing to the CHP Building at NCTPS-II

Chipping of wall to made the surface rough including cost of all materials, lead, lift, T&P, etc.., complete as directed by site Engineer incharge at site.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick for inside building including cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift, curing etc., complete and as directed by site Engineer incharge of the work.

Ceiling and inner wall colour washing with Interior Emulsion after thorough scrapping of old inner wall surface and ceiling applying two coats of Interior Emulsion paint of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Outer Colour washing two coats with Exterior Emulsion of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T & P etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of scaffolding.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint for iron works including cost of all materials, Labour, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete and as directed by the engineer at site.

Earth work excavation in all soils, such as sand, silt, or other loose soil, light black cotton soil and ordinary earth including depositing the excavated earth away from the site with 1 Km lead over an initial lead of 10 m and a lift of 2m, levelling the area, including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Removal of sludge depositing away from the site with 1 Km lead over an initial lead of 10 m and a lift of 2m, levelling the area, including cost of all labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Providing PCC 1:3:6 using O.P Cement and 20 mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using Fly ash brick incliding cost of all materials, T&P, lead, lift etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge at site.
