Structural repair with Cementitious Mortar (including small cavities 10 to 50 mm deep) in one or two coats complies to or with EN 1504-3 (R4) with Performance Characteristic such as Compressive strength ≥ 45 MPa, Adhesive bond ≥ 2.0 MPa in the concrete of spillway pier walls, retaining wall of stilling basin and like surface ( Up to 4.50 m height from ground floor / ground level) etc complete; including Surface preparation of old concrete by cleaning methods like compressed air/high pressure water blast/sand balast, chipping, wire brush or other means for laying of repair mortar and for all stages and scaffolding as per technical specification as per direction of EIC.
Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS 16014:2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinc coated, Mesh wire diameter 3.0 mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @ 3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

HYDRO MECHANICAL WORKS:
Providing, Fabrication and installation of 32 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062- E450A/BR in Spillway Glacis of Dam including rolling to the required radius as per drawing and welding with approved electrode having excellent mechanical properties for heavy joints under restraint and subjected to dynamic loading. (As per tender drawing).
Providing M27 Grade 8.8 fully threaded Anchor minimum length 500 mm, including drilling of hole in 32 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-E450A/BR and in HPC and fixing M27 grade 8.8 fully threaded Anchor minimum length 500 mm in hole with Epoxy adhesive having characteristics bond strength of 10 Mpa (minimum) etc, complete in all respect in spillway glacis. (The scope of work i.e. welding on M27 Grade 8.8 fully threaded Anchor and finishing the surface smoothly by grinding are covered in the item of 32 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-E450A/BR. (As per tender drawing). (01 set contains 788 nos anchor bolts )
Providing and fixing of 20 mm diameter grout plug with other hardwares complete in all respect. including (a) Drilling of hole in existing concrete or rock or like the surface, (b) Straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position of grout plug (c) Fixing with cement capsule / Cement grouting, etc all complete in spillway glacis. (As per tender drawing). (01 set contains 136 nos grout plugs)
Providing and fixing Torque Controlled Expansion Countersunk Anchor (HSL-4-SK M12) including drilling of hole in 32 mm thick steel liner plate of grade IS 2062-E450 A/BR and M65/A20 HPC or like the surface, vertical wall or like the locations and providing Epoxy adhesive for grouting etc complete in all. (As per tender drawing). (01 set contains 584 nos Counter sunk anchors)
Providing and fixing of 20 mm diameter grout plug with other hardwares complete in all respect. including (a) Drilling of hole in existing concrete or rock or like the surface, (b) Straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position of grout plug (c) Fixing with cement capsule / Cement grouting, etc all complete in spillway glacis.
