Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Cutting of trees, including cutting of trunks, branches and removal of stumps & roots, refilling, compaction of backfilling and stacking of serviceable material by manual means with all lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (B)Lead upto 1000 m (vi) Girth above 4500 mm

Uprooting and removing stumps & roots,compaction of backfilling and staking of servicable material by manual means as per Technical Specification clause 201. (B) Lead upto 1000 m (vi) Girth above 4500 mm

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual method should be adopted where machines can not be deployed due to site condition)

Excavation for roadway in marshy soil with hydraulic excavator 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.6.

Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000m lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 305.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with 1 km lead

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per TechnicalSpecification Clause 502. (ii) Medium porosity

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507 complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (B) With Polymer modified bitumen 70 (ii) For Grading II (19 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up t 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance

Providing 'Sparkle Solar Road Studs, manufactured by Tata B.P. Solar India Ltd. Of size (125mm x125mm), 90 mm height (from bottom of shank to top of stud) with detachable battery, m6LEDs- three on each side for Bi-directional studs/ 3LEDs on one side for unidirectional studs, ultra bright LED in amber and red colour, weight per stud 700+25 gms, flash rate of 50-65 times per minute completely water resistant and weather proof with replacement warranty and free maintenance for one year from the date of installation of stud on road (installation should be made using adhesive and procedures recommended by manufacture under the supervision of their competent technician) (a) Bi-directional stud rate deduction from 3500.00

Supplying, fitting and fixing of aluminium backed flexible prismatic of 3M make as per technical specifications as directed by the deptt.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on dia GI Pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Removing white or colour wash by steel wire brushing and/or scraping sand papering and preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Providing and fixing in position Double Kerb Stone manufactured by DEVI CONCRETE (Mangaldoi) as per BIS specification of size (300mm x450mm x 100mm) in proper level and grade at Footpath Edges, Divider Block etc. as directed and approved by the Deptt.

Providing, fitting and fixing in position Anti skid paver tiles manufactured by DEVI CONCRETE (Mangaldoi) as per BIS specification of size (340mm x340mm x 25mm) as directed and approved by the Deptt.

Supplying, fitting and placing Cattle Trap Bridge with MS Channel, ISMB joist base etc and as per drawing and technical specification.
