Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed lead upto 1mtr. from cutting edge. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 coarse sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: a) 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 coarse sand).

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks / cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: a) 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: a) 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport / Heal Load from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :-

Stone aggregate below 40mm nominal size from Hut Mashka for an average lead of 75.00 Km. by M.T.

Stone aggregate 40mm nominal size & above from Hut Mashka for an average lead of 75.00 Km. by M.T.

Bricks from Kathua for an average lead of 190.00 Km. by M.T.
