SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern in roof coverings including ridges, hips and valley gutter all as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges, hips, vally gutter complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (farmed), trusses purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing MS tubes medium grade as in truss, purlin, rafters, post etc fixed with and including angle cleat , MS plate etc including necessary welding, fittings etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured trapezoidal profiled galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws(12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals), colour /exterior coat of silicon modified polyster/BHP x RW paint system 20 micron top coat applied over 5 micron primer and 5 micron polyster back coat applied over 5 micron primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.56mm plain, aluminium sheeting alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 thick plain, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting of thickness 0.63mm with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick Asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbestos cement one piece plain angular ridge 6 mm thick fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Making good for wall top for roof sheet or under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers. including all pinning in CM 1:6 when necessary complete all as specified and directed..

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets and framework etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (Size 600x600mm) for false ceiling all as specified complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified.

M&L for fixed in repairs 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws as in ceiling flat or sloping all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper of approved tint over a coat of primer on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over 1mm thick putty complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 5.0mm thick PVC false ceiling consisting 250/300mm x 300mm plain embossed PVC sheet of 600 Kg/Cbm density as per manufactured by ISO 9001-2008 certified company, used as panel to fixed with screw including PVC fillets 5mm thick complete all as specified by manufacturer's drawing and as directed. (Note : GI framework shall be measured & paid under item No 18.00 separately)

Demolition of PCC in roof covering, kerbs, roof kerbs, benching, cover fillets etc including old decayed water proofing treatment of any type all as directed

M&L for surface preparation by removal of all loose particle to ensure clean, smooth and dry surface and laying 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement to cover negative slope into prop with WPC @2% weight of cement complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for surface painted with one coat bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm confirming to IS158, a layer APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. Not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen @ 1.20 kg per sqm on primed surface by torced application side overlaps shall be minimum 75mm and end laps shall be minimum 100mm and sealing all overlaps and joints and manufacturer's instructions and provided upto a height of 60cm in the parapets by cutting a groove and finished by membrane flashing painted with bitumen @1.2 kg per sqm before application of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

PCC 1:2:4 mix type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregates) as in roof kerbs rounded or chambered on edge complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 4,08,200.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 27(R). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
