Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30.00M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches (where machine con not reach/move) (SOR/251 (A)/4.1.1)

Cartage of earth or fly ash when added to schedule item no. 253 : 1st Km. (if lead is beyond ½ Km) SOR-20/261(b))

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge Approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials labour tools & Plants etc required for proper completion of the work

Plain/Reinforced Cement concrete in open foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. (MORTH-20/9.06/E/Case-II)

RCC Grade M-25 using batching plant transit mixture and manual placing (MORTH-20/9.06/E/Case-II)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Thermo Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (SAIL Steel) (DSR-18/5.22.6/AR)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) (DSR-18/15.2.1)

M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement & fine sand 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-20/303) same as item no 303 but in 1:4 one cement & four fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305) Same as item no 305 but in 1:4 one cement & four coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar. (SOR-20/305(A))

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (DSR-18/13.4.2)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : In cement mortar. (DSR-18/15.7.4)

Labour cess and GST will be paid extra as per Govt. orders.
