Construction of Wet Mix Macadam by providing laying,spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per table 400-12 & 13, mixing in a Wet Mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface using Paver finisher Hydrostatic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery,lighting,guarding, barricading , maintenance of diversion road, loading and unloading all lead & lift etc., complete with lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness)

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous Concrete,40mm thick. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2, including cost of all materials, labour, hire chargs of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading stacking trnaporting etc., complete Including lead for Bitumen and Emulsion.Using Grading II Material.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM - Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 50-75 mm compacted thickness. Using Bitumen 30/40 Grade (VG-40)

Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion.

Bituminous Concrete - Grading -II : . Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30-40 mm compacted thickness.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders : . Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. 2.5 mm thick
