Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150/100 mm dia, SGSW, AC, PVC, concrete pipe including fittings, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning of septic tank any capacity and depth including chambers, outlet chamber removing out all scum silt, residue both organic and inorganic nature after plugging the incoming sewage lines removing and depositing the water at a distance not less than 20m and burying in ditch, finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the septic tank to make hygienic including excavation of ditch placing of manhole cover after cleaning etc complete as specified and directed by Engineer –In Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line 100mm dia/ 150 mm dia laid in any slope or gradient and depth 3 mtr by roding taking out all residue from the lines/manholes including water depositing at a distance not less than 20 mtr in ditch finally covering the ditch with earth and spraying unslacked lime on the covered ditch as well as around the manholes to make hygienic including excavation of ditch testing of line by furnishing water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 08 above but CI pipes fixed with wall of 75/100mm dia

All as per srl item No 08 above but CI pipe fitting upto 100mm dia, embedded in ground or first floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cleaning/clearing of IWC/EWC by roding, taking out all residue including waste and testing by pouring water after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, plinth band, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Brickwork with sub class old size ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in cover slabs for manhole, shelves etc. set in cement mortar (1:4) and finished cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 150mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type-D-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate , complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing for 150mm dia Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1, complete all as specfified and directed.

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drains and making good to pipes and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¼ section ) in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate smooth finished and reforming benching as specified and directed for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified.

S&F Cast Iron soil Waste and Vent pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints laid in in floors/wall of 100mm bore all as specified complete all as specified and fixed in repair all as directed

All as pe item No 22 above but fixed to wall of 75mm bore pipe

As per item No 22 but 50 mm dia fixed to wall

Bends ( any radius ) with duck foot or heal rest for 100 mm bore pipe fixed in repair including taking out old fittings complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Cast iron fioor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B 1(1:2:4) complete all as specified.

Viterous china ware wash down water closet pan, one piece pedestal pattern with combine chinaware flushing device, included matching plastic WC seat, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and aluminium hinging device ISI marked white in colour complete fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only plastic closet seat ,coloured ,closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device.

Vitreous china squatting pan of pattern long pan size 580mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap front or back inlet and foot rests any pattern including connection to trap and flush pipe etc complete including making good the floor with existing finish fixed in repairs. Make -Hindware cat part No 20042.

Vitreous China urinals, bowl type (back or corner wall type) of size 465x355x265 mm , complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; incl brackets, flush pipe and Union for discharge pipe.

S&F PVC flushing Cistern of 10 Ltr capacity of low level incl connection to WC and making good including bracket. Make Hindware (Sleek)/Jindal (Slim)

Non skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Stack clamps out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron & 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts & nuts & securing ends of stay to wall or roof for 100 mm bore CI pipe in repairs.
