Dismantling of old plaster or skriting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal ofrubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse material as per direction of Engineer in charge SI No708.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of seviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meteres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick work in super-structure above plinth level including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:4 cement & coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for exterior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth no extra for mixing any additive. (1)1 cement : 6 coarse sand. F.M.-2.25

Finishing wall surface with approved make and quality birla white putty on new work including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. DSR 13.80

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade. New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm. over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).(DSR-13.47.1)

Cement Concrete Flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. (40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size ston aggregate).

Providing and laying B-Class (Jindal,JTC make)ISI marked G.I. pipe com. with GI specials such as bends, tee, socket, cross clamps etc.Earth work i/c filling the trenches etc required for proper completion of the work . the rate also i/c concealed GI fitting where required, cutting and making good the walls etc.and all material and lab. t&p complete. .D.S.R.18.10 (15 mm)

Supply and fixing galvanized mosquito proof heavt quality iron wire gauge of expanded metel havey quality over window including wodden batttern including supply and fixing of necessary screw all material labour and t&p required for proper completion of work. DSR 9.51.1

S/F of low density polytheen sintax or equivalent water storage tank of required capacity. .D.S.R.18.48
