Demolition of Cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry built in cement mortor of any description including all quions, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of post & struts (wood, steel of RCC ) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete / brick portions and making good distrubed ground etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for RCC (1:2:4) type B0 20mm graded cushed stone aggregate in cover slabs supported on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (Best quality) straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggr) as in coping including necessary form work and finishing the surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Form work to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, openings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work all exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L cement concrete in surface channels and drains type B-2 (1:2:4) 20mm graded aggregate in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L cement concrete in type B-2 (1:2:4) 40mm graded aggregate in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix mild steel work in fencing post and flat iron clamps etc in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling for bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 type using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F for barbed wire galvanised steel 2 strand 2.24 mm dia with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and stringing and fixing to fencing posts including securing or tying with and privious of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc (each line of horixontal or diagonal wire shall be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size including line wires, any mesh, complete all as specified and directed (Min 3 Kgs/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MS screw bolts 10mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed at other end, dia of shank 5 to 10 mm and length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc. 10 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MS round bars 10mm dia for support of fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded aggregate) use as in sub base of floor and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking chemically treated paver block any shape and size confirming to IS- 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness , M-35 grade and including over 50mm thick silver sand cushion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stones size 300mm x 300mm x 100mm with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc section of fillet n.exc. 25 sqcm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of size 450 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L rfor rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting of other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fitttings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing confirming to Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
