Sch 'a' Part - VIII : - Fittings, Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY :- Supply & fixing wall mounted LED batten fittings with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integrated electronic driver for 22 W / 20 W / 18 W LED (4ft) complete with all accessories including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed .

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY :- M&L for costruction of brick masonary valve pit chamber of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal size) with 3.15 mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick frame embedded in 15 cm thick PCC coping with locking arrangement with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in exposed steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceding 50 mtr returning filling, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix of 75 mm thick as in foundation, brick work (one brick thick) in cement mortars (1:4), PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix as in copping, plastering in CM 1:4 for internal and external exposed surfaces including three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY :- Supply and fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm,35 / 36 watt, 220 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders and LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of L.T Panel board suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC Supply System confirming to IS:8623/93, outdoor type floor mounting along with factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15mm three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be front openable and having inner & outer shells. The inner shell duly compartmented for each control gear, including Powder coating internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements.
