Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil , n exc 1.5 m wide and exc. 1.5 m but n exc 3 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2 with peak, size 450 mm x 180mmx 40mm all as required as in protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dry fine sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable all as direted. Note : [Punned thickness shall be measured & paid]

Supply and laying in trenches or fixed to wall / pole or passing through pipes or road crossing, testing and commissioning of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with alumn conductor, 11KV grade, suitable for earthed system, with aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one Prime coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cable end termination outdoor, heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE cable of size 120 Sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts (earthed) with jointing matrial and accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core with working voltage 11000 volts earthed complete all as specified and direced by Engr - in- Charge.

M&L for ACSR conductor (Weasel conductor 6 x 2.59 + 1 x 2.59 Al + Steel), of any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on poles including binding with insulators using aluminium binding wire, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia from pole to pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Stay assembly using 20mm dia MS stay rod and stay plate of size 300x300x6mm thick, stay bow , nuts, bolts and check nuts of GI shackle and clamp etc all as shown in Electrical Plate No 01 of SSR Part-I of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note : [Excavation/earthwork and PCC in fdn, stay wire and loop type insulatours shall be measured and paid separately]

M&L for galvanized steel stay strand of size 7/4 mm inluding Bow and Clamps complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for loop type insulator large size with overall dimensions (90 x140) mm with clearance of hole 25.5 mm vitreous white brown or green complete all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 metres long) including painting with anti corrosive paint internally complete and externally up to planting depth, alternative green & white strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level, balance lenght to be painted with two coats of aluminium paint externally with pole numbering all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge. (Earth work and PCC will be measured and paid separately under respective items).

S & F of switch Air break gang operated triple pole mounted on polymer insulators 15 Nos 11 KV 400 Amps DO fuse set with AB switch polymer and steel frame with operating mechanism with 20 mm dia GI pipe (Medium grade) worked from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregrate for foundation filling as mass concrete including necessary form work, if any complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate for coping of poles, cable route indicator and foundation of stay complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Cable route indicator made of CI 100mm dia welded and fitted with MS angle Iron 40 x 40x 6 mm, 45 Cm long. The angle shall be grouted in PCC block 1:3:6 type C-1 of size 150 x 150 x 150mm. The CI round shall be embossed with the work “MES HT Cables” complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of size 250x200mm, 1.6mm thick of mild steel sheet with one face vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures & conventional skull & bones in signal red colour fixed to HT PCC/Steel poles with M.S. clamps, bolts, & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular,fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F of Lightning arresters expulsion type (Set of Three) complete with all fittings, High current short duration impulse with stand level with 4/10 micro second wave - 65 KV peak, Distribution class, arrester voltage & discharge capacity 10 kilo amp complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of totally enclosed outdoor type factory fabricated HT Busbar Panel weldless cubical Kiosk in modular bolted construction type dust and vermin proof equal angle iron mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet. All sheet metal parts separately chemically treated with 7 tank treatment process i.e. powder coated as per colour approved by GE. The panel having both side opening door with locking arrangement (HT bus bar door lock should be easy openable, Brass knob type with comfirtabley gripped PVC head nut) all doors fixed with steel higes (door should be open from left hand side to right hand side) duly powder coated and mounted on iron angle frame made out of 50 X 50X 6 mm frame with 4 No's of legs size not less than 100 cms (bottom portion of the panel wrt normal ground level) fixed with nut bolts of suitable size, grouted by using foundation 1:2:4 type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439-I with and including the following :-

Trimming up of tree branches upto 5 mtr all around HT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 5 mtr all around the line. Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department accordingly. The trimming work shall be commenced once it is permitted by AGE in writing. (ii) Total length of line from supply point to load end will be measured for the purpose of payment, irrespective of the No of trees required to be trimed. (iii) only effective length i.e length where tree branches are touching HT line or neaby HT line shall only be measured & paid under this item. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the deptt at later stage.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 150 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of single disc insulator assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 Volts insulator, porcelain, vitreous having 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type and white, brown or green in color complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Pin type porcelain vitreous insulator, white brown or green in color including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut and having 150 mm height, 150 mm dia suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1. GI pipe as protection earthlead and earthlead GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.50 mtr shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of earthing. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.
