Scrifying or picking up gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth not exceeding 100 mm deep and removing to a distance not exceeding 50m and all removed from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 01 above but area exceeding 400 Sqm

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM), with Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 03 above but except materials

Screening road metal, Chippings, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured)

M&L for preparing surfaces of WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bitumenous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 10 kg / 10 sqm over WBM surfaces and M&L for premixed hot mix Asphaltic Semi Dence Concrete using 5.5% binder content (VG-30 Grade paving bitumen) by weight of total mix and with thickness of 30 mm (consolidated Thickness) including rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to uniform and smooth surface and consolidation to required gradient and camber all as specified and directed. (Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shell be done by using mechanical paver only)

(Note: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shell be done by using mechanical paver only)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness not more than 75 mm) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid and rolled with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber up to outer edges of roads on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - (i) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportations etc for job mix formula shall be inclusive in the unit rate and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only.

M&L for moorum/ red bajri filling under foundation or pavings laid in layers n.exc. 15cm thick spread, levelled, and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc 15 com wide on bituminous surface with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area conferming to MOST & BIS specification ,of thickness 2.50 to 3.00 mm thick of white/golden/yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine as per manufactures instruction including preparation of surface ie cleaning of surface by removing all dust ,dirt,oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repair CAT Eyes as (Road Stud) 120mm x 90 mm size made of poly carbonate moulded body with electro nically welded prismatic retro range on both sides of maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 including removal of existing cat eyes of any description complete all as specified and directed. (Make - 3M/Sun Eyes/Dark Eye)

S&F super delux quality solar stud of Aluminium body including solar- powered by monocrystal solar panel. One high capacity Ni-Cd rechargable battery Approximate 1000 mtrs LEDs- 010mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours back up- 12 hours of comtinous lightening at night. Make - SUNEYES/ Dark Eye / 3M/Alcolite/solar ) complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth in foundation, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with modular sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per item No 16 above but except brick (Note :- Re-use the old serviceable bricks obtain from item No 13 Above)

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof, kebsmud stops, steps, coping small sumps and like items slightly rounded or chemferred on the the edges complete all as specified and as directed

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and channels complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mound, mitred/ stopped end etc.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed and specified.

M & L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs and edging to road , divided and footpath cover slab for small culvert, manhole and soak well septic tank etc and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.
