Amount

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm depth in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning with clean dry local sand [unwashed] for protection of under ground cable (8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of the cable) in trenches and consolidated complete all as specified & directed.
