Renewal with general maintenance of Bhikhampur Deoria Rudrapur Karahkol Road by Hot Mix Plant (MDR) in Dist Deoria

Providing , laying , spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying with 1%OPC cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layers on sub base / subgrade and compacting with the roller to achieve the disired density.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam Grading-I with 120 TPH batch type HMP producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , layig with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack second coat with VG.- 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm in the norms bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom .

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an avarage output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and aligmnment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specification Clause 509 complete in all respects.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bed as perIRC 35 inclduing cost of all materials , labour , Machinaries , T&P etc. requared for peoper completion of work i/c all other charges and taxes . The finishied surface to be level uniform and free from streks and holes as per MORTH specification no. 803
