Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for laying of cable/pipe & getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling/Taking down existing unserviceable ACSR conductor of any make and removing from site or setting aside for reuse complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

ACSR conductor for HT line of size as per existing unservicable conductor, (Single or Multiple run as directed) straching properly without kniks and bends, on insulators of HT Poles and binding with and including aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:-3% for sag shall be added in measurement

Dismantling cross arms MS Channel or angle section etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling HT insulator any type any size, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Polymer Pin type porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green Insulator incl one mild steel spindle, two iron washerrs and iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia ,suitable for 11000 Volt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Polymer Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous145 mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green,suitable for 11000 Volt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Shackle type insulator porcelain, vitreous white brown insulator incl galvanised mild steel straps, washers insulator, bolts, washers and nuts of size 100 mm height, 115mm dia, section of strap 31 x 3 mm, dia of bolts 12 mm working pressure 1100 Volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia for guarding under over head line with two parallers GI wires (Guarding wires) shall run below the conductor and shall be supported on MS angle of prescribed size, crossing facing of GI wire shall be provided at every 1 mtr interval throught the crossing and guarding shall be erected with ground & line clearance as per the I.E rules, of including dismantling of Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade lay in trenches, ducts, along pole, along Transformer cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Laying only XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty eletric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core including taking down,dismantling old unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note: Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying.)

Laying only XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty eletric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm 3.5 core including taking down,dismantling old unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note: Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying.)

Laying only XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty eletric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core including taking down,dismantling old unsv cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge. (Note: Cable will be issued under Sch 'B' free for laying.)

Un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and Labour in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting the existing bituminous road / PCC Hard Standing upto 75cm in depth, 60cm in width and getting out excavated materials making good the damaged portion after laying of pipes by returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of GI pipe, 50 mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at pole/road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement of GI pipe, 80mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at pole/road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in pole/stay/plinth etc. as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

Dismantling of old steel pole / struts any type and size including demolition of concrete, foundation, necessary excavation and earth work and transportation etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of air break gang operated device, triple pole mechanically operated outdoor type, mounted on and including 11 KV H.T. porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod, 25mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism working from ground level, vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle, suitable for current rating upto 200 Amp, 11000 Volts 12 insulators working pressure all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Cleaning the extend exposed surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9 Mtr long including with cross arms, brackets clamps etc and painting complete ( Except embedded portion) including all MS work mounted on pole, earth potection with two coat of aluminium paint and with synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow straps 30 cm wide each up to 1.5m hight) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified with painting of top of pole with silver paint. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Preparing surfaces of Two pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scrapping old paints and applying two coats of aluminium paint and writing "HT" and Pole No in black paint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge.

Preparing surfaces of four pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scrapping old paints and applying two coats of aluminium paint and writing "HT" and Pole No in black paint etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge.

Supply and fix in repair danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws, nut bolts with adequate size clamps on HT pole of 25x20 cm size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing HT/LT over head conductor from the insulator where ever required and cutting tree branches 2 metre all around conductor and re-stretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag, binding it on insulator by means of binding wire and testing the HT/LT overhead line after completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: 3/4 runs of HT/LT overhead conductor for three phases and neutral shall be measured and paid as one length.)

Supply and Fixing in replacement LT overhead line polypropylene composite 3/4 line separators molded or bolted type phase to phase distance 600 mm, width 25mm, thickness 12 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for dehyderation, filtration and cleaning of transformer oil, both indoor/outdoor/ pole mounted/plinth mounted HT switch gear etc at different locations by suitable dehgydration plant testing of oil sample before and after dehydration for each transformer/equipment and results of transformer insulation oil minimum upto 45 KV with 2.5mm gap, recorded jointly by contractor and Engineer-in-Charge complete including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Oil for toping up/fresh fill shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Toping up oil level with and including new insulating oil confiming to IS-335 including all necessary tools, plants, transportation etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour in repair to transformer in situ pole mounted/plinth mounted of any capacity to stop the leakage of transformer by lifiting core assembley with the help of chain pully block/crane, removing transformer oil, replacing cork sheet gasket 5mm thick, reassembling, the transformer completely refilling transformer oil, connecting HT/LT connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Spares required shall be measured and paid separately.

Lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transsmision class, discharge capacity 65 KA, suitable for 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing old silica gel, cleaning breather and filling new silica gel, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of dropout fuse unit explusion type for outdoor air break swirch (GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000 Volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fuse carrying tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current rating 200 Amps, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Male contact / Moving contact Blade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Calibration of of Over current and earth fault relay. incoming (01Nos) and outgoing (06 Nos) 11 KV VCBs 400 Amps Make: Indian Transformers & Electricals with proper electronic instrument including testing and checking control cables, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No. 44 here-in-before but Master trip relay.

Fuse wire 10 to 300 Amps copper incl making a good connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earh lead wire of size 4.0 mm by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, wire protected by dia 15 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggreate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result all as specified.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 27,436.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
