Civil Work @ Mettupalayam Sub Station: Required Civil Works for making foundation to 22KV, Breaker, 22 KV CTs and RMU, including Structural Steels for Lattice Structure and CT Support by using MS Angle, Flat, Clamp etc. and spreading of 40mm blue metal jelly uniformly in the yard for a height of 100 mm including other miscellaneous civil works like demolition, earth excavation, land filling, existing trench cover opening and closing, etc. for facilitation of the above works including and fixing of 2 nos. of Danger board as the per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing at Sub-station: Providing 4 Nos. of earth electrodes using 40mm dia and 4 mt. long MS Rod with take-off clamps and associated consumables and provision of readymade RCC earth pit chamber with earth cover; Supply and laying of Hot Dipped GI earth flat size of 75x8 mm for making earth grid and earthing of structures and equipments at the proposed bay; Supply and laying of Hot Dipped GI earth flat size of 50x8 mm for raisers for connecting earth grid and structures, HV Equipments, LAS etc., at the proposed bay including excavation & back filling with alternate layer of charcoal and salt including RCC earth pit chamber and cover with inter connecting GI flats of size 40x6mm for BODY EARTHING of VCB, CTs, LAS, Isolators and Structure as per IS 3043

Earthing of RMU : Supply and erection of 1 No. of earth electrode of 50 mm G.I pipe depth of 3 mts with 25x3 Cu. flat upto ground level with funnel for watering including excavation & back filling with alternate layer of charcoal and salt including RCC earth pit chamber and cover with inter connecting GI flats of size 40x6mm for BODY EARTHING of RMUs, CT-PT cubicle, Metering panel, Yard Fencing etc. as per IS 3043

CABLE LAYING WORKS - SS to EV Charging Station Supply and Laying of two runs of 22KV, 3 x 240 Sq.mm. XLPE HT UG Cable through 6 Swg thick, 150 mm dia HDPE Pipe direct in ground including excavation of trench of size 1 m (w) x 1.2 m (d) and refilling the trench, etc. as required in RCC/ Bituminous road as specified in the tender specification between Kurumbapet SS to Charging Station
